Receptionist brutal communication skills. Have attempted to deal with this company a couple of times and each time (including a service call for one of my customers) poor results. Only show in town so….Will go to Vancouver or online shop as usual as a result.

Had a very poor experience trying to work with this company. They were uncommunicative, unhelpful when asked for information and arrogant in their assessment of what needed to be done to install a fireplace at our home. We chose not to proceed with them and, now that another company has done the work, I'm certain they were errant and merely trying to gouge us because they currently have lots of work. Beware of this unscrupulous business.

Requested a service call which was performed September 13. Shortly after the technician left, I heard a loud bang"and returned to the room to see a crack right down the face of my fireplace. The owner came to look at it. He felt that this was not the fault of his technician. I was not convinced but could not say otherwise either
