I don't normally leave reviews but Loomis Express was abysmal to deal with. Online tracking info was never updated after it arrived in my city, drivers didn't bother trying to ring my buzzer before leaving a failed delivery" notice two days in a row. They attempted delivery on the Friday the 19th before a long weekend. It failed because they did not buzz my apartment # to get into my building.I kept calling and different customer service representatives told me over 2 days that an update would be available"soon". That never happened. The delivery was attempted again without me knowing on Wednesday that it was out for delivery. they did not buzz so it failed again.I called Loomis. Staff told me that they could send it out again but the item would be returned to sender if delivery failed and was not picked up by Friday the 26th. The staff told me it would be sent out again thursday.It was already Wednesday so I told them NOT to send it out Thursday and that I will just drive 30 minutes both ways to pick it up on the other side of the city.Pick up on Thursday was successful.The box was damaged.Awful customer experience.Their organization failed at two things which to me seem key to running an effective delivery business:1. The Delivery of packages2. Basic communication with customers regarding their orders."

Horrible service. The delivery driver left a slip saying they will try to deliver again the next day. Waited around for the delivery as they sound would be coming to find out it was never even loaded on a truck, and that I had to pick it up. If you see loomis as the carrier be prepared for headaches and god awful service. Never will go near this company or anyone who uses them to ship again.

Wish there was a zero option. This is for the Victoria, BC. Went into send x3 boxes home. The salesclerk was extremely rude. Was told, I needed to measure, weigh and print off waybill myself. Felt like the clerk was avoiding a little paperwork. A lot of that going around these days... The interaction was so bad a manager came out to berate the clerk. At that point I just left. Took my x3 boxes to a rival company. They get 5 stars! Because it was about a hundred dollars cheaper, they were friendlier and professional. If I see any of your trucks on the broken down on the road, I will render assistance, but as for using your services...

Was supposed to pick up a package from my home. Didn't even give me time to get down the stairs before they were already gone from the door. Ran out side to hail the truck down and they didnt even look over at me. Window down, 20 feet away as I am yelling. Zero stars.

Worst company to deal with for shipping - and who is connected with Canpar they are also worst to go with, thought it will be better then ups or fedex but they are more better then this...I was home for all day at home and they never called once or buzz either. Just drove past and said I wasn't home!Now I have to go for pick up 50 km in bus and having 3 big boxes is not good to travel in bus...

Such a worst experience with loomis. Dont know how to treat their drivers. One of the manager Sarah she is so rude and i wish there could be option of zero star, i would give that. This company doesnt even deserve one star. Their rating should be 0 on google as all the workers in loomis express are dumb.

Wanted to talk about delivery notice left at my office door. No one was able to pick my phone call for at least 20 minutes. When call was finally picked up, bad accent person picked up. Worst customer service.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company. A client I work with in Ontario always ships with them unfortunately. First time I had a package delivered they attempted delivery" 3 times

Please be advised to avoid using this courier service at all costs, whether you are a personal or commercial customer. In my recent experience, this company has proven to be a scam. I ordered a product and they used this courier to deliver it, but the package did not move at all in Ontario. When I called to follow up about a week later, the package suddenly showed up in Alberta, as per their tracking record.Afterwards, I was informed that there were '2 attempts to deliver' to my location, but they were unsuccessful even though there were people at home waiting for the package. No one had knocked on the door or called for the delivery. When I contacted the company, they told me that their delivery agent did not have a phone to call me and that I had to reschedule for a '3rd delivery'.Upon calling their customer service, I was informed that I had to pay $10 for the 3rd delivery because the first 2 attempts were unsuccessful. This was ridiculous as they had not contacted me for any instructions or issues regarding the delivery. As someone who frequently shops online, I have never had any issues with other courier services, only with Loomis. It seems they just want to charge extra money!I advise everyone to avoid using this courier service and to double-check the courier being used for their online orders to avoid wasting time and money.

the delivery man scheduled a delivery time and did not arrive, the support service said that he could not set a time. it turns out that you have to wait for the parcel all day, and if you are not at home, you will be fined. support hung up.
