We had a leak around our basement window after a rain storm in February. I did a couple calls for quotes from other crack repair companies who quoted over email from photos I had sent. The other companies were going fill the crack from the inside with no warranty due to the crack being repaired from the previous homeowner.Mike from BBS came out in person and looked over the job. His recommendation was to repair by waterproofing the outside (including adding a drain in the window well) instead of trying to fill the crack again from the inside. Doing this repair from the outside he could also give a warranty with the job. Mike was very personable and it was nice to see companies still willing to come out to see and go over the scope of the work. In the end his quote was a little more than the others (still very reasonable) but totally understandable due to repairing from the outside versus a crack repair from the inside.When the day came to do the repair, I was really impressed they showed up on time, did great work and left the site clean after they left.I would 100% recommend BBS to others who are in need of this type of repair.

Highly recommend BBS! I have a crack in my foundation that they fixed from the outside by digging and using machines. Very impressed with how clean and almost unnoticeable the area is.

I would highly recommend, BBS Foundation Repair and waterproofing.They quickly booked an appointment to Excavate, for exterior waterproofing, drainage system and interior injections. The men were very professional with immaculate clean up.I had one small leek during a heavy rainfall after repairs and BBS stood by their warranty 100% coming within the hour before the rain stopped to inspect. They booked a second appointment for next day and no more leaks. Professional service with a smile.
