Perry and Sid are gentlemen and really know their stuff. I asked to buy rims for my snow tires and I was told don't bother at this time because they are too expensive . Wait a while for the price to come down. I have confidence in this business.

Today I took my 2018 ram 2500 in to Active Green and Ross to Sid to inspect it for à possible transmission oil leak.They put it on the hoist and their technician checked all underneath and found that the fluid I saw was red antifreeze. They checked the cooling system over completely visually, pressure testing it and determined that it was okay. It turned out that the coolant leak that I saw on the ground was from another vehicle in my driveway.After stressing over this so much, it was nice to be taken care of in an honest, straightforward way.The technician, Moses, dealt with me personally, which was very refreshing. The service advisor, Moenes was a pleasure to deal with. They sent me away after my truck was in there for almost an hour and did not charge me at all, Only asking that I come back next time I need service.I WILL, FOR SURE!!!It is refreshing to find an auto service company that treat you so well with so much integrity. I recommend them to anybody and everybody.Marcel.

A variety of 100K recommended maintenance was performed in a highly proficient manner. Trustworthy merchants who conduct their business in an extremely user-friendly" manner! The service at this business was excellent as always. It was expedient and conducted in a very friendly as well as in a professional manner . One can leave here feeling assured that the work was done properly and efficiently.

The place looks professional and getting the job done nicely, but my review is due to the le fact that I was encouraged to pursue a non required maintenance that would have cost me almost 1k I compared to half that price somewhere elseI was told that my car would need pads and rotors in which the estimate incldicated a premium parts to be used, when I googled the parts per their numbers the price was almost more than double! This is strike #1. I preferred to get the oem parts from the dealership and got the car to another shop, once the wheels were off the mechanic asked me: who told you you need new pads and rotors? They are pretty full, it can last you for more than 20k kms at least, they are almost brand new and this was strike #2.Maybe the shop is really good!, but my experience was not best and I would encourage people to ask more than 1 shop and get more than 1 estimate to be safe and avoid any unnecessary maintenance and save some bucksWish you all the best!

30+ year customer. I still buy my tires here even though I now live in Toronto. This shop has touched every car I’ve ever owned, except my current car ( because it hasn’t broken yet and only needed winter tires… )Thank you Sid, Perry and the rest of the team for the service, fair prices and straight talk.

My car had oil leaking issue. Moenes helped me over the phone. He was very professional, and told me the risk of driving with the condition and the steps I need to follow to get to the location for a repair safely. I really appreciate his patience and knowledge, and customer centered care! Thank you, Moenes. I'll be back.

I would give this place a zero if I could. In 2018, my wife took my Honda to this place for an oil change. They said something was wrong with my breaks and refused let my wife drive home. I knew there was nothing wrong with the breaks. I took my car to Honda to check the breaks. Other then normal wear, there was nothing wrong with breaks. The girl dealing with my car who has glasses and hair bangs was just trying to sell us car breaks . I have told my friends and family to avoid Active Green and Ross and you should as well. I am posting again because my review was deleted from 2018.
