Kim was amazing! 1/2 an hour after we walked in the door we have an amazing holiday booked!

The Hawkesbury office staff are great. However, MARLIN TRAVEL is a completely unreasonable company! Having booked our family vacation months ahead of our departure, an unfortunate situation prevented a member to travel at Christmas. 8 weeks before departure, we tried to simply transfer the ticket to another family member. Answer, no! Some kind of credit, no! We understand a cancelation insurance was not taken, we still believe some kind of accommodation could have been arranged given the advanced notice that given. Rest assured this is the last time dealing with Marlin and all of my friends and family will be made aware!I find it strange that is day and age we are having this conversation!
