Very busy! I like that they were able to accommodate me right away as I am pregnant and needed to sit down but my food took over 40 min and I ordered a salad. It was really good, the Naughty Nata dessert was also amazing. I definitely recommend and will be coming back hopefully when it’s not as busy!

Staff asked us to sit at a table, then another one came an argue that we cannot sit there. Ordered our food and drinks, and it took 40 mins. When asked for the drinks, the waiter told us we did not order drinks and I asked the girl who took the order, she said she forgot it. No cutlery was available when we got the food. The food was cold by that time and they told us they need to close 20 mins in our food. Extremely disappointed.

Good and quick service. Food is always on point. The fries were to die for. It's a great place for a quick bite. Decent prices and delicious food.

it was my first time dining here and it was not at all how i expected. when we first entered we could tell the waiters were clueless. we ordered our food and we were a group of 5 but we all ordered separately. people who came after us got their food first and were were told it was because we are a big group. i mean we all ordered separately so why does that matter. when the food arrived everything was cold and it didn’t feel fresh at all. the taste wasn’t so bad so we didn’t send them back because we were really hungry to wait for the food again. the coleslaw had so much black pepper and it was somehow very dry. on top of that if the waiters took your order it would feel more like a restaurant than a fast food chain. overall not a very satisfying visit but i would give it a second chance.

The food was great because Nando’s has delightful recipes. However, there were some mistakes with the service. They messed up the spice level of my fries and took over half an hour for one of the meals to come, even tables who ordered the same thing after I did got their meal before I did. Additionally, I asked if they could bring us some water and they never did until I had to ask again. Next times, I will stick to going to the Elgin location as the service is better and overall less tight and more pretty.

the chicken is absolutely delicious and of course I have to get the peri-peri fries! I just wished that the lemon & herb flavour was still available. I would even buy the sauce for that flavour but it’s completely unavailable anymore. Would recommend dining in over taking out although you should take any leftovers home with you as they reheat nicely.

It was our first time and the food was delicious! and the portion sizes are all goo! just gave them a 4 since the place isn't that neat or maybe the washroom was super smelly but overall the service and the food was great!

Great chicken, just a bit confusing about service. The sign at the door said to wait to be seated at the sign. I dutifully waited about 5 minutes and seemed to be ignored. Then, a group of 3 came in behind me, approached the cash, and were seated immediately. I took the opportunity to point out I had already been waiting, and they apologized and seated me right away. I looked at the menu and made choices and once again waited. It turns out you're supposed to go to the cash to order. Once the food was delivered, I had no cutlery. Apparently, that was self-service at a side bar, where you also selected any sauces and condiments. Oh, and you get your own drink from a multi-product dispenser. None of which I had an issue with. It was just not being told and not knowing the protocol. Chicken was excellent. The garlic mashed potatoes came in a container that looked like it had prepared well ahead of time, then microwaved as evidenced by the over cooked outer edges. I'll certainly go back, but I will be better equipped to enjoy the experience more. Hopefully, this review helps others if they read it before going.

Great food and staff. The manager on the other hand needs a serious amount of training on how to deal with customer service issues. My girlfriend was using the drink dispensing machine and it sprayed orange Fanta syrup all over her dress. He came out and pretended nothing happen to her. But, he immediately fixed the plugged part as if he has seen this problem before and left. She cleaned her dress as best possible in the bathroom, but it was stained. I spoke to one of the staff again who was very apologetic and she said she would speak to the Manager. When he came out to speak to us he said that it was not his responsibility as it was not his machine! It was owned by Coca Cola. I explained that the machine was in his restaurant and that he was selling drinks from the machine. We had bought four drinks and it was his machine. Only when I pushed back did he offer some free food and to pay for the dress if required. It was a simple issue that was handled really poorly and he ruined a lunch that could have otherwise still been great despite the mishap. I left the free food coupon with the front cashier and told her we wouldn’t be back.
