Express Rapid Test

I paid additional $40 for the express same day delivery of a $80 test package and asked for the test package to be left behind our apartment door. I got a delivery notification message without any package behind our door. I contacted them via email and got no response so far. Extremely poor service for the price they charge.Update 1: They replied to my email saying that they delivered it to the concierge. Very disappointing when I had explicitly asked for it to be delivered to the apartment in the delivery note section. With suspecting to be COVID positive it is important to self quarantine but apparently not for this company!Update 2: The company says the concierge did not let the driver in, I had placed my phone number on the order, for $40 delivery charge, they could have called me or messaged me before leaving the package at the concierge. In their email they also lied about me asking asking them not to contact me, while my delivery instruction was to leave the test package behind the apartment door and message" me!!. So far all excuses without a single apology

Sent tests with a different (extremely near) expiry date than was stated. Tests were not received in manufacturers packaging. Multiple attempts to contact the company have not been responded to. Do not order.

Very happy to be able to get a rapid test, but for the price they are charging, the tray for the tube was not included in the order. The directions were a blurry photo copy. For the price we should get all the tools needed.

They promise shipping within hours or next day but my tests are arriving a week after purchase and will no longer be needed due to symptoms being gone. Not worth the very expensive shipping fee.

Buyer be aware - Received it today and it carries a expiry date of Feb 1, 2020 (7 days) from now. Although Health Canada might have extended its shelf life by 1 year, this information was not published on the merchant's website.I would not have purchased this had I been advise of this imminent expiry date.

I ordered and paid for tests after confirming I could pick up same day. The chat is only useful when the conversation is had both sides. Went there and waited an hour. Just want a refund.I was able to get a hold of this business. My money was refunded without an issue. I have updated my rating. They still need to work on proper communication but in the end, I would give them another try if I need them in the future.

Nobody else in the GTA had these kits this quickI Ordered the test at 7pm...by 9am the next morning it was ready to pick up. Unfortunately Google maps took me to the wrong location (be careful as there is the corporate office location and the pick up location). Price was reasonable and service was quick.There were reviews about the stand missing. This is likely because they purchase the single kit. The stand is basically the box with holes punched out of it, not a big deal.Instructions are blurry, but this company carries only the major brands, which was easy to google and look up on YouTube.Recommended!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SOLD ME EXPIRED TESTS!!!! I bought a box of 25 Artron Rapid Antigen tests A03-50-422PNP25 LOT SR21003 on November 4th, 2022. I didn’t check the expiry date as I bought the box for use in early January. When I went to use the tests imagine my shock to see that the box showed an expiry of August 2022. Curiously the contents showed only the test cassettes with that expiry with the swabs and liquid having a 2024 expiry. I was concerned that the box was tampered with and tried to contact the company by phone and email. I was only successful with their online chat. They told me that that’s how the manufacturer shipped to them and that the cassette kits were approved by Health Canada for shelf life extension. Well they have not. I contacted Artron labs directly and they sent me an email saying they’ve applied for an extension approval with Health Canada in November 2022. Since this kit and lot number are not on the approval list, I believe Express Rapid Test had no business selling them without that an approval being in effect. I’ve been trying to get Express Rapid Test to send me a replacement kit which they agreed to in my chat exchanges early on but now there’s radio silence from them. I need to use these tests now; they have not been approved. I cannot get my money back or a new kit from this company. I’ve made a formal complaint to Health Canada about this company selling expired medical devices. Do not use or trust this company!!!

Was supremely disappointed with this company. They charge a LOT more than market rate for express shipping (3-5 business days) and yet the package took 7 business days (9 days total) to arrive. At that point, I cannot even use the rapid tests I ordered as my family is now symptom free.

Great service for local and/or national rapid test deliveries. Prices are comparable to the other options for rapid tests but a huge benefit of having them delivered same day if needed. Have recommended them to anyone who's in need of tests during this difficult time.
