It’s a small town with old fashion business values, high expectations, exceptional service honesty and friendly service. Ricks, Napa Auto Service is all that and more.May 25Newish car for us, low mileage, in for it’s spring oil change and check out ready for the cruising season. As expected the service was great, staff are great, honest and knowledgeable. Exactly what I look for when anyone is looking after my cars.

The guys did a great job fixing my Jeep. Spencer found a badly rusted part that could have killed us. I am so glad I stopped in to have it looked at. They fixed the rear adjustment for alignment and saved a new pair of tires. Becky was great and stayed in touch with us the whole way. Very happy with them and will be going back for continued service. Recommend them to everyone. Great service and good prices.

I have been to this location for service and I can't say enough. From the moment you walk through the front door to the minute you leave. Your greeted by a nice young lady who is very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Rick the owner is personable and always very friendly. The work is preformed in a timely matter and done with perfection. It nice when you can trust your service facility personnel. One last thing is the facility is very clean and fresh with a nice weighting room and large screen TV. If your a local resident in the Niagara Region its certainly worth the drive to see Rick and his team at Napa Auto Pro.
