Took 16 weeks to get my SUV fixed. Trim around the window had plastic clips broken and sloppily taped back on (which didn’t hold). Rear hatch misaligned and no longer closes properly and lots of dirt in the paint.Would not return.

I had a repair on the front bumper with poor quality paint and blemishes, they claimed the front bumper would be removed to fully inspect any other damages, but it was clear they did not remove the bumper but was charged 3.2 hours to remove the bumper and install. Clear coat runs on both the bumper and the fender. Had they removed the bumper like they claimed, it would not be possible for the fender to have a run of clear coat. Shady business that's a rip off to insurance claims.

Very happy. Both fenders look shiny and new, wish I could have afforded the hood painted but the the Ram is almost 9 years old and going great.I'll be back if I need more.Precision did a great job from an accident many years ago.Much pleased I am.
