These guys are super nice, courteous and so professional for the last three visits!

I rented a log splitter from here. The cost was great and the splitter worked really well. Can't beat those Honda motors. From the comparisons that I made from other places, Sunbelt's splitter was bigger so splitting was faster. Plus it tilts vertical which helps with the larger rounds. I also rented a wheelbarrow, not in the condition I expected, the support bars kept coming off (one was off when I picked up but they fixed), this one had certainly been well used. Still worked for what I needed so I wasn't too concerned. Location for me was ideal as you can't pull the splitter on the highway, max speed is around 55 km/h. Splitter was full of gas when I picked up and I dropped it off full. I ran it for the day and probably burned 10l of fuel.Staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. They followed up a couple of days before to confirm.

Everybody was super friendly and helpful. They knew a lot about the equipment and I was happy with their service. Will definitely be coming back if I need anything in the future!!

This place is extremely well run and their level of customer service is off the charts. Everybody that I had the pleasure of interacting with (Chris, Michael and Jessy) were not only, professional and knowledgeable, but genuinely happy to work there and very eager to help. In the future I will only rent from Sunbelt and I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service. Rates are reasonable but delivery cost beat the competition. They were very fair with the extra time I used and didn't charge for equipment I didn't use. Will use again.

I rented a lift from this firm , it didn't work! They charged my credit card 1373.00 for the week , and then returned it , telling me that they were going to get me a proper lift ,they did , but this time I used it , for two days , they were really wanting it back asap , so I returned it in two days .. this time they charged me $279.00 more than the weekly rate , without getting authorization to..I have called numerous times .. they promised to return the difference ... but haven't!!!!They have stolen from me and my family at this point , This company is the worst, I have ever had to deal with in 55 years. Run people, run from this company trust you can do much better , than this disrespectful company. And to basically steal money from customersBrad at the Raymur st branch Vancouver, Jessie in North Vancouver, should both be fired , I will post our digital conversations on my Facebook, of the lies they have told me
