Great customer service, I only went in to fix a break line that I thought snapped, found out that the lines were never actually connected and that one was actually attached to the de-railer, they were just frayed at the ends pretty bad and he did his best and found the cheapest way to fix it for me so I didn't have to pay for a new part. GREAT GUY, AWESOME SERVICE.

Dale from Two Tired Boys went out of his way to help an Inuk from Kuujjuaq in Nunavik Arctic Quebec Canada who is biking from Victoria BC to Montreal Quebec to help raise awareness of Suicide by Aboriginal People across Canada. Thank you for that wonderful service from a cousin in Labrador. I would recommend the Two Tired Bike Shop on their humanity alone.

Waited an hour for these people. So many time I visited the shop and it was closed. 'What a waste of time. Act like they are doing a favor to whoever comes there. Actually wanted to be there. I do not want to give any stars but it won't let me.

Dale is the man! My front tire had a slow leak. It is tubeless and my first time using tubeless, so I was clueless. Dale gave it once over and a shot of sealant. Now it holds pressure properly! He had good advice about riding tubeless. Three cheers for Dale!
