I don’t come to this location regularly as I prefer the north locations mainly Masonville Mall, Indigo Book Store (beside Pet Smart), another one in the Masonville area just near Best Buy and the Fanshawe Park Road-Wonderland Road (with the No Frills-Shoppers Drug Mart plaza) there. It is the closest one to me if I am in the east side of the city. They got my drinks correctly and I have never got a mistake from here. It is not the busiest Starbucks location than the ones at Masonville Mall nor the one inside Indigo Book Store. More cleaner and has a restroom including the drive through even it is a bit narrow as it is not a big plaza. It is also a great walking distance for anyone who lives at the east end within a few kilometres. It is a good Starbucks location as I can say for the east end. Will visit back again if I am not in the north side of the city.

I don't understand why Starbucks is so popular as their coffee sucks. McDonald's coffee is much better. The staff was friendly it the Christmas decorations went up far too early in the year. I only go occasionally because my grandkids like it. I believe they only like it due to the aggressive advertising and see it as a trendy spot for expensive treats/beverages.

Having worked at a Starbucks, I know what a good experience is. This Starbucks is very slow, unorganized and is consistent in getting the order wrong.

As I regular customer daily I know they must have hired new barristers because the last 7 drinks I’ve bought have all tasted like they were try outs gone wrong. No flavour lack of everything I ask for. I wouldn’t take the drink for free if I would of been able to taste them before purchasing the last handful of times. I’m officially switching locations no doubt.

I was the only person in line, no one at the drive thru and yet it took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by any of the 6 staff members. It was loud, narrow and as always, not enough appropriate seating, especially for those with accessibility concerns. My order was made fairly quickly, and accurately, but customer service fell flat.

First of all, I am not paying for water. I don’t know why in the last few purchases all of my matcha doesn’t have flavour and I use the same quantity everywhere. Secondly, I know life is hard but people there should be polite and at At least say hi to customers. The cashier was very rude. I prefer to go to Highbury instead or go back to this location.

Bad service. The barista denied us service at 8:55. while the store times were till 9:00.It doesnt take this long to make one coffee.

Visit May 25, 2019 : Convenient location at the corner of Dundas and Clarke across from Argyle Mall. Do keep in mind that during heavy traffic, the Clarke Road access through the shared Popeyes restaurant laneway may be a better choice. Same great quality beverages and nibbles one may expect from any other Starbuck locations. Staff are terrific ! Professional, and friendly.

It's Starbucks. If you don't know what it's like, you've never been in one. I used to think they were bougie and over priced ... still do, in fact, but I've come to appreciate a nice, flavoured latte. The servers are always friendly. Just go, get a vanilla bean latte and enjoy. Or not, I'm not your dad. :)
