We had Woodland Electric upgrade the circuit running to our detached garage. Aaron is a great guy - very responsive, great communication and delivers as promised. Highly recommended!

Aaron re-wired our entire house from knob and tube to updated electrical. He did the entire job on time and exactly on budget (technically under budget if you count the extra's he generously threw in!). We could not be more pleased with Aaron's workmanship. He truly is a master of his trade. He is by far the most professional contractor we have dealt with in Guelph. He provides all the necessary permits and certifications along with a detailed and organized scope and estimate. He is honest and upfront with taxes, his license and all other paperwork. He is a one man operation that stands by his work and is able to have very competitive rates. Very personable and responsive, Aaron continually kept us updated on the progress of the job and offered valued advice and answered all our questions. What I liked most about his operation was how clean he worked. Always with a shop vac in hand, he cleaned up his mess after everyday of work. Lastly, his attention to detail is incredible (example, he takes the time to intentionally align all the screws on every plate!). This attention to detail and care for his work is not only appreciated but reflective of the safety that is needed when dealing with electricity in our home. If all this weren't enough he also drove over one afternoon to help me rewire a motor onto my table saw for free and told my wife and I about some sweet mountain bike trails in the area. Stop researching electricians and call Aaron!

The first time we used this business was to have an outlet installed for a microwave. Since we were satisfied with the work that time, we asked for an estimate on a renovation in our basement. We asked that the quote be broken down in specific ways so that we could decide how much of the job we could afford to go ahead with. Since the estimate we received was not broken down the way that we had asked for, we again asked that it be broken down. Once it was, we communicated what exactly we wanted done. As the date agreed upon approached, we found out that the electrician had overbooked himself and wanted to change the date. Since we had other contractors booked based on the date he had agreed to, this was a big problem. When we expressed frustration, his reaction was to say that he had lots of business and would not be doing the job at all. I would not even consider using this electrician unless time is not a concern.

Aaron has done a number of electrical jobs for us and other renovations, including tiling. We have always been very satisfied with the results and have recommended him to others looking for a good, quality job.

Aaron is our go-to electrician. He has completed a few big jobs for us, and we've found his work top-notch every time. When he comes into our home, he treats us as people rather than customers. He's clear in his explanations and will even give good advice about other areas of a project when we ask. His estimates are bang-on and incredibly reasonable. We'll definitely have him back for our next projects.
