CARSTAR Okotoks

We used CARSTAR Okotoks to recently repair damages to our vehicle due to a collision. The front end staff that handled our estimate along with explaining the entire process was absolutely amazing!! This location really understands the meaning of going above and beyond along with outstanding customer service!! The car looked amazing when we picked it up and they even detailed it which was a nice touch. I can only imagine that the technicians working behind the scenes are top notch and take pride in their work. We also had a Windshield installed while the vehicle was there which was super convenient with good pricing as well!!I can't thank the entire team enough at CARSTAR Okotoks for everything they right from start to finish. I've heard this location is locally owned and operated and it truly reflects that!!!! We highly recommend this location!!

The crew at CarStar Okotoks was amazing! They made my old truck look new again and we’re awesome to work with. They fixed a small issue that came up after I picked up the truck right away. Won’t go anywhere else but here the next time I need body work done.

Seeing as getting run into is never fun or convenient, I'll keep that part out of this. Dealing with my insurance company also sucked, but my dealings with carstar was very good.Started with the estimate of course, and they were busy so it took a few days to get done, but they were professional and went over everything with me. Then because of my insurance company being very slow it took a couple weeks got get the work booked in, but once I got my vehicle dropped off, again they were very professional. Organized me getting a rental without any issues.There was a bit more of a delay as they found some additional damage once they took my vehicle apart but I would rather wait an additional day and have it down right as opposed to them just patching up what you can't see.When I picked up my vehicle, it was clean, and the repair looked like nothing ever happened. So that is the goal. No issues and work that looks as good as new.Worth checking them out 8f someone runs into you. Or if you run into someone. Either way....

The best customer service experience I have ever received!!! I highly recommend for either car repair or detailing...they treat you well and they treat your vehicle like their own. I'd give 11 stars if I could!

I wish there was an option for 10 stars because CARSTAR would get 10 from me. They exceeded all expectations. I had damage from a deer and they got me in right away. They said it would take about 10-12 business days which was completely reasonable but I had my truck back after 5 business days (Which I was SO happy about). Now let me tell you about the inside of my truck...I have 2 young kids and my truck has not been this clean since the day I bought it. SPOTLESS - AMAZING. Friendly, great job done and there is not a thing I would change. Although I hope the deer stay away from me and I don't need to use them again BUT if I do I would definitely be choosing CARSTAR and recommending them to everyone.

I brought my car in to be repaired after a collision. I also requested that two small rock chips be repaired during the process to avoid spreading into a crack.When they called me to pick up my car I confirmed that the rock chips had also been filled in addition to the collision repair and was told they had.When I went to pick up my car, nobody offered to come out to even look over the car with me. They handed me the keys and sent me on my way. When I went to my vehicle I noticed a large crack in the windshield. None of the staff even mentioned it to me. When I went back to ask what happened they simply told me it probably cracked when it was being painted and offered a discount on a new windshield. Obviously I was furious as I requested the two chops be repaired in order to avoid this exact thing from happening as I was not about to buy an entirely new windshield for two small superficial rock chips. After being berated by Meriesa in the parking lot and having the owner, Brian standing there saying nothing, I left.I would not use this company ever again as their customer service was terrible.I brought my car in to fix one problem and ended up leaving with another one. I had to spend over $500 to replace the windshield when it could have been a small chip repair.I will note that I was told by meriesa that they filled the rock chips AFTER it went through he paint bay rather than before.Just save yourself the aggravation and take your car somewhere else!

I am the guy with the unlucky car. The one that people cannot help but back into when it is parked in a Walmart parking lot. My car has been a frequent flyer at this place and I have to say that the staff are absolutely brilliant. Kudos to you Marissa!I have nothing bad to say, the car always comes back spotlessly clean and bang on time. Highly recommended.

I brought my vehicle in for some body damage and some paint touch ups. The work that was done on my truck was exceptional at the time but not even 6 months later the paint job was rusting threw at an accelerated rate because they put 3m on over it. There apparently is life time warranty on the paint job but because it is rust its void. Which I guess is understandable but not clearly stated. There was many excuses as to why its not there issue but when i pulled off the 3m and started picking the paint off with my fingers there was absolutely no signs of rust inhibitor buff marks to try and resolve the rust. Literally just chucked a coat of paint over it and said youd prob have to keep painting it every six months to keep it looking good. Ive had other paint touch ups done and they have not rusted through from other dealers for up to 4 years. If I would have know I was throwing money into a fire pit I would have reconsidered making it look good for minimal amount of time.

Repairs for my vehicle were done fast and without issue. The staff was even kind enough to detail the interior of my car, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this repair shop to a friend.
