Took my drz 400 there to get the tires changed and ended up with a $1200 bill, they fixed" my carb which was not requested to do after I had order a carb kit."

I was able to get an inspect on the spot. However, I was given a wrong size part. Had it fixed a week later though. If I may leave an opinion on one policy, I think a re stocking fee of 25% is high. I want to return one thing I purchased, but will get stuck paying this fee.

The place to go if you are from out of town. Very helpful for finding tires for my bike and they hold tires in stock for sport bikes unlike most places on the east coast. After service was better than anywhere else when my tire had a munufacturing defect, they replaced no hassle at all.

Gords sport center is always a great place to go for all your power sports needs. Knowledgable and friendly staff. I went in for a crank shaft seal and got a some knowledge from the owner and got a great deal on a new Ski-Doo jacket. Thanks Guys.Today December 6 2019 is a promotional day NO TAXES on alot of stuff drop by and say hello and who knows maybe win a prize.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody! They can’t even give you the correct parts after taking 15 minutes and calling in a mechanic from the shop to come help. Better yet when you come back with the incorrect parts they will not refund you because the package was opened ON THE WRONG PART THEY GAVE! Also they should close the office door when they are disrespectfully speaking to staff so the customers can’t hear how rudely they treat their employees

We've dealt with Gord's for last 12 yrs. Wouldn't buy anywhere else.They've done above and beyond to make sure our purchase was an informed decision. Staff are all friendly especially Paul and Todd.Would recommend them to every one. We just bought our 4th 4 wheeler today!!Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Normally, I get amazing service from Gords. Today, however, I called about a price for a bike part and the service guy on the phone was less then useless. Instead of actually getting me a price, he said (and I quote) uuuuhhhhhh I don't know. 200 bucks I guess". Sorry Gord
