Photo Passeport Express

I had my passport photo taken and the lady was very nice and very informative and helped me with what I need. The store has variety of lovely stuff. I will gladly recommend this place. Thank you to the lovely lady very polite.

This Place Is A SCAMMe and few friends went there to get a child passport photo and we all got our applications refused as she took very poor ones.On the spot we all made the remarks that the photo doesn't show the ears or maybe too pale. she insured us that she knows what she's doing and Passport Canada is not picky when it comes to child photos.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Very unprofessional. I've paid more than 25 dollars for my 2 babies photos. They were rejected by Canada passport. Money and time loss....

The lady who worked there, Rozlin, was sooooo nice, had a great conversation with her. Answered all my questions about the passports photos as it has been a while since I did mine, recommend!!!

Over the phone a woman told us to bring our child's bucket car seat; we informed her we didn't have one, so instead we brought a vibrating chair. When we got there she was upset we brought a chair and insisted we should bring the bucket seat. Again we explained we didn't have one. She took several photos and chose one with a glare on our child's head even though I pointed out that Passport Canada says no glares or shadows. She insisted it would be fine. The photos were rejected and we have to have reshoots. Save your money and get it done properly in Ottawa! If you're so insistent on a bucket seat buy a secondhand one on Facebook marketplace to use as a stage for babies.

Went there to get a picture to get a passport picture for a 5-month-old baby. First time she told me to sit the child on a seat and hold her by the back because she can't sit properly. My hand was not in the picture but the glare on the picture caused it to be rejected.Second time I brought a blanket to put over the car seat and she took the picture too close and again it was rejected. So i went backShe then said it's a baby picture you know, I said don't blame the baby when you took the picture too close and it doesn't fit the guidelines. Then i left her the instructions that were given to me by service canada and walked out with a refund.Save your time, money, and frustration by going somewhere else for baby passport pictures.She was nice enough to give me my money back, but when I first contacted her over the phone she said i took a picture of a 1 week old baby and everything was fine.

The most unprofessional place to visit. The Asian women was very rude and was yelling and shouting once i asked her about the prices. noting that the canadian guy that was on my previous visit provide me different price. It's weird every employee give a different pricei do not advise anyone to visit such a bad place. i would give it -1 ratingi do not understand what do u mean by 12.95 fixed price i was talking about printing and scanning... and the women that was there yesterday started shouting in front of the customers when i asked her about the price.. i doubt she's been working there for the past 12 years because she has 0 customer service knowledge and she was very rude and impolite.have a nice day
