Very nice, personable, and helpful lady greeted us. The rental rates seemed reasonably priced. Our unit was very clean, and easily accessed. The gate was opened to us 7 days a week. It was very close proximity to our residence. It has taken a lot of stress off the move.

If you’ve found this then stop looking. I had to do a very in-depth search online to find them and that would be my only feedback for them but I’m so glad I did.This family owned operation has some of the nicest people working there and they’re amazing at there job. The properties are constantly watched and spotless clean during business hours.You would think this would come at a premium but they’re in fact only about 2/3 of the price of their major competitors who do heavily advertise and have a solid online presence.There’s no need to keep looking at reviews , Forest City is easily the best place to rent storage space in London !

This is a great facility. The attendant in the office was incredibly helpful and took me over to view the unit. The security is top notch but very easy to access our unit at any time. The unit itself was spotless with high ceilings which allows for maximum storage!

Customer service is exceptional! Needed a 2nd unit and were able to get one close by. Access hours are great. No issues. Units are clean & locks are secure.

Choosing Forest City Storage was one of the best decisions we made!! We were at another storage place in London & was completely awful with the rising costs & lack of property care. At Forest City Storage, the staff were so friendly, the prices were very reasonable & you receive a contract, so prices aren't constantly changing on you month to month. Now I feel a sense of safety & security. The staff at Maitland were absolutely amazing, along with Thompson Rd. where we initially started until we needed a specific unit. We will always pick Forest City Storage now!!
