The employees are always friendly and helpful. I love that I can bring my pup with me shopping here. She loves wandering around and looking at things. Again the employees are wonderful with her. She knows that when moms done she's going to get a treat! Always an enjoyable shopping outing. One of the BEST places to shop in Dawson Creek in my opinion. Store is always clean and organized.

Like any tire store in Dawson Creek was excellent, friendly people, lot to stuff there to buy and very good prices throughout the store

The lady at the paint area was awesome so helpful esp in getting the color we needed. Cashier terrible, bad attitude. Customer service(where we were ordered and shoo-ed out of the way by cashier), the lady there was efficient and fast.

I genuinely love Canadian Tire, I personally shop there all the time as they have great quality items. But when it comes to staff they are lacking. Naturally there is only 1 till open plus customer service and there is almost always a line up of 10-15 people, waiting to get checked out so we can leave. Also the staff will not ask if you need any help, they will walk away from you or even straight up hide. I have only had a few good interactions and it’s with a kind older gentleman at the sporting goods area. If I need help I have to go to customer service and ask for someone and then wait 15 minutes for someone to come help. While 6 of them have a conversation about home life. Not to mention they are pretty rude and or lacking. I honestly think Canadian tire needs more staff so more tills can be opened through out the day, and the staff needs to be talked to. It’s unprofessional. There has been multiple times where I try and ask a staff member a question and get ignored. Im hoping that this will be read with the intent of someone actually listening to a customer and try to do something about the problem.I’m not trying to bring down the company or any staff member. I just genuinely hope this issue is solved sooner then later

Hi people of Dawson Creek , Hello Dave the Manager of Canadian Tire just a suggestion to put a guy at the entrance so that people can’t get into the store with any kind of bag except their card or cash to pay at the store . Just a humble request to all people of Color , indigenous, black , immigrants we are not welcome in this store. They will search you specifically but not the white ones. And will say “ that’s the standard procedure if you don’t like it don’t shop here “So , guys hope are ready to be search on the basis of your skin Color and if you are white like Dave and his cashier you are completely safe .

Their sale prices are always great! Though if buying at regular price you may be able to find the same product elsewhere for cheaper. A lot of the bins up at checkout have cheap junk more akin to a dollar store but for higher prices.They often have fun and interesting products great for gifts

Really annoying to get passed the tills if you end up not purchasing anything.
