This is an amazing place. The service is absolutely fantastic. Friendly, kind and super attentive for my request for toppings. The selections are obviously the best and the freshness is very noticeable. They care about my order and it shows each and every time. They go above and beyond. I can't say enough about this place and I highly recommend you to go there. Attention to detail, quality and service with delicious food. Truly the best of the best. Thank you Harvey's and staff.

So many options, and their burger... it's definitely the best tasting base patty among ALL the burger options. Except maybe Smashburger.If you want flavour town, come here.

Attentive staff, clean environment, average pricing for fast food. Food tasted fresh, hot and well made. Not just thrown together like so many other fast food places do. Theres a lot of options, I wouldn't say healthy but it is a very solid choice for a treat and night out with family.Not a lot of experience with harveys but this was a great experience overall!

It's too bad they are not very common, Harvey's is by far my favorite burger place. Since I moved locally I've been here a dozen times or so and I've had a fantastic burger each time. I've enjoyed it and will keep coming back.

I am a regular at this location this is a family run franchise, and they run it properly and professionally. They have always gotten my order right, the restaurant is always kept clean, and the staff are always friendly.

The food was good. My only complaint is: because it isn't an official condiment option, I had to order the 'Sweet Heat' dipping sauce separate, so I could put it on my sandwich. They really need to add it to the list of official condiment options, so I(and others) don't have to always order it, as a separate dipping sauce, to put on my sandwich.

They tell us they cannot take us inside. They close at 9:00 and it's 8:55. They want to make us go through the drive-thru which we are not going to. This is happened twice to us. If you want your dining room closed, close it at 8:30 to be closed by 9:00. Not coming back ever!!! We were not going to sit in the dining room anyways. We just wanted to see what they were putting on our burger. How do you serve people in a drive-thru? You still have to put stuff on their burgers. What does it really matter if I'm standing inside the building and you're not closed inside yet?.

Quite simply the BEST Harvey's in Edmonton. From the cleanliness in the dining room, rest rooms, to the complimentary magazines, to the attentive staff who actually listen carefully to what you are ordering, the attention to detail at this location is second to none. The boss is always professional, courteous, and you can tell everyone in this store genuinely cares about giving you the best dining experience possible. At this Harvey's, you get your burger exactly the way you want it, like you do at Windermere and South Common.Sadly, the west end 170 St, downtown, Sherwood Park and Calgary Trail stores are but a shadowy glimpse of what they were before and I fear they will deservedly go the way of the old 51 Ave / 97 St location as they have their own way of doing things which makes it hard to continue supporting. At these locations, most of the staff aren't interested in giving you the burger you want, only in up-selling, giving you a burger which can be done quickly with the least amount of effort. Many other disturbing behaviours at these stores have forced me to drive to Wendy's, A&W or Dairy Queen for fear of another disappointment.The Spruce Grove Harvey's is like an oasis, and the model by which all other stores should aspire to. I can't wait until my next lunch there.
