As a prospective first time customer, I stood in line for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from the three staff working behind the till. That was fine. However, I had a limited time to get to work so I politely asked one of the older staff who had blond hair in a ponytail an estimation as far as how many minutes it would take. The lady, whose cheeks turned red, quickly became defensive and abrupt with me declaring that she is helping another lady ahead of me and she can't tell me. I asked if it would be a few minutes or 5 minutes because I had to leave for work in 10 minutes. The lady rudely told me about 3 minutes but there is no guarantee. I then asked roughly how much it would cost for a men's shirt to be dry cleaned (there was no price list). The staff couldn't tell me" she said dismissively

Went in for a new zipper on my work coat then the lady had a look and it only needed the actual zipper part. She fixed it in less than a minute and I was on my way. Very friendly and I will be returning in the future

I visited the Chinook location twice for alterations and both times, the staff assisting me were professional, courteous and helpful. My recent visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Scott and the manager. They were responsive to my questions and requests on my order and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the Chinook location for a visit and would also like to compliment Scott and the store manager on exemplary customer service. I recently picked up several clothing items that I had altered here and they fit perfectly.

Don't dry clean with this location, rather the staff won't even bother to help assist you in the first place. Waiting for 20 minutes for someone to assist me only finally for a lady to come out and ask if I needed help?" told her I needed dry cleaning and she responded telling me that they couldn't do it for me and that they contract the dry cleaning out to another shop in Sunridge NE Calgary

Very nice and efficient people . I went in couple hours before closing time to get a couple of uniform pants altered , bit of a rush ( my fault) but they were upto it . I would highly recommend using their services .

Simply the best alterations in Calgary.Due to me being short, and my hips being way wider than my waist, I have to alter almost all of my pants to fit.I went in to get 3 pairs of pants altered to be shorter and fitted in the waist and all I can say is wow. First of all, the customer service is amazing. The young lady at the front counter with blonde hair truly made an amazing experience. She made me feel comfortable, and did exactly what I wanted and more some. My clothes now fit amazing, and i already plan in bringing more items! The cost is pricey, but you truly are getting what you pay for!!!
