These guys were so busy. I had made an appointment for my father who has asthma, they took him in fast and even moved him up in the line. Amazing service! Highly recommend! From now on will only go to them for all our eyewear needs. Keep up the great work! And am super happy to see your business thriving.

They're generally kind and helpful. They have decent selection.They're eye exams arent very informative - I never learned much from the optometrist about what was happening with my vision or best practices to keep my vision healthy.They also weren't very helpful in selecting a pair of glasses. I'm not to familiar with getting glasses, but after having used my current pair from for some time, I realized they are far too wide for my face. I wish that was something they, as a consultant or advisor, talked to me about.I will say that when I asked them why my glasses were slanted on my face, they said it was just how my ears are built and there's nothing we can do. I would've appreciated a better process of figuring that out (try different pairs which was the actual issue) and a better comment besides your face is weird. Rude of them to say.But theyre alright! If they're convenient and have a good deal then go!

I was recommended this place by my friend. So I went there with my prescription and I received amazing service. I ended up paying almost $900 for a pair of glasses and we also purchased a pair for my brother as they said there was a factory warranty on their frames. The glasses fell apart within a month. Literally. First, the right arm fell then the second. I took it too them when the first fell and they said they would order a replacement. A month passed. The second arm fell. Another month passed. The replacement never arrived. I went backto them and they gave me a temporary pair. The temporary pair was ill fitted and it distorted my vision. I had zero dept perception. Another month passed and no replacement arrived. I went back to them. The same woman who was once respectful and amazing, now treated me with aggressiveness and hostility. She was so freaking rude that I regretted ever going to Kanda the first place. Absolutely no manners. Honestly, there are better places out there for those who can afford it. I am not going to be returning and I suggest anyone reading this review find someone more deserving of your money as well.

Experience at Kanda Optical Scarborough was excellent. Especially Madhu's efficiency was the best.

Our family used to travel to Brampton/Mississauga for our eye check-ups and glasses etc. We decided to try out this location and its been WONDERFUL, we haven't had to go back since. They take their time to help give you what you're looking for. Yes they get busy, however I've always walked in without calling the store first and they've always assisted us in a timely manner. They have an amazing collection of frames which they are always updating. :)

I picked up my glasses after waiting 6 months for my eyecare benefits to kick in and another week for the glasses to be ready. So, I was very clearly devastated when I came to pick them up and really didn't like how they suited my face. I was in a rush when I originally picked them out, and probably couldn't see too well to be honest. I think it was the manager (I'm not too sure) who ended up coming in and told me to pick out another pair that I liked. He popped the lenses out of the frames I had already purchased, held them up to the new frames I loved and, with a comforting smile, he said, let me see what I can do." 15 minutes later he came out from the back and had bevelled the lenses to fit the new frames. No response to negative reviews!Irresponsible. Checked in online as they said they’ll be calling to confirm the appointment. Never got a call and when I called they had no answer regarding my appointment confirmation!
