Would not rectify misaligned door hardware. Do not pay these people until everything is working correctly. Probably best not to use these people in the first place.

We’re thrilled at the new front entrance door & window that First Choice just completed for us! It looks so solid and modern, it’s changed the feeling of our typical 1960’s bi-level home. The gentleman here were clean, thorough, professional and on time. Steve was also very accommodating to us, which we are extremely grateful for! We would highly recommend this company and we would use them in the future if we had any further door or window projects. Thank you!

We ordered all our windows for our house, service was professional and always answered all our questions in a timely matter.After delivery we had a window fall and it was broken. Was disappointed by the lack of communication with a recent patio door replacement. 26 unit strata all owner occupied units. We were advised to remove window coverings which we did, we left the frame up and removed the panels as the frame for the blinds are a good 3 inches above the patio door frame and should not have impeded install. I turned away for a few moments to the guy removing the blind frame without a word being said. I asked if he was going to put it back to be told nope. Once you remove something in a customers home without consent you are liable for it!! A simple extra 20 minutes to put it back and this review could have been avoided. Now I am left with no blinds!!

We had 6 cabin windows done this past March 2022. The 2 installers (Mark & Steve) were very efficient, professional and did just an excellent job. It took 1 day for them (in the snow too) to install, finish and clean up . We were super impressed and will be using them again to do another 12 windows next year. I have no problem in highly recommending this company. Check out their showroom in Penticton because what you see is what you get - no surprises. Thanks guys.

The absolute best in the business! Todd and his team worked hard to ensure every detail of our window replacement went perfectly smooth. We love our new sliders (x 3) and new enlarged bedroom window, it changed the look of our home as well as saved us energy! I also want to add that the communication was exceptionally good, something I always look for when dealing with a company - I give them an A+ !

Everything was good during installation but within a year the glazing was squeezing out that holds the glazing in the frame of the patio doors. I had a Rep from First Choice come by the house to look at it and I haven't heard from them since. That was April of 2020 . Its now Dec of 2021. Within that time frame I called them repeated to only to ever be given the opportunity to leave a message. Absolutely horrible service.

I'm also part of the 26 unit strata that has been commented on recently by another. These installers were amazing! I received instructions that my window coverings had to be removed and interior casings would be added. I am thrilled with the new door, and the new trim inside is a beautiful finishing touch! even though our window coverings needed to be moved. The installers working were also great, very friendly, professional and polite, and wore masks all the time, and did a great clean up job! I have no complaints at all, and would recommend this company for sure, with no hesitation.

We are so thrilled with our new windows! The men who installed were professional and polite. We had windows and doors installed throughout our entire entire house so not a small price tag. Once the project was completed, we really struggled to get an itemized listing of what we actually purchased. This was very frustrating and took many emails and phone calls, just wanted to know what we were paying for given it was different than the original quote. Love the windows and doors, but closing the project could have been a bit smoother.
