Sun & Snow Sports - Plymouth

I truly felt I had to write a review for Rob and his team at Sun & Snow. I bought a new pair of ski boots there a year or so ago and Rob & Grant have gone beyond themselves to ensure that they not only fit perfectly but are comfortable. I have been back a few times (After skiing with them and realizing another pressure point). Each time they have provided the best service possible. I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone looking for ski equipment, apparel or adjustments to existing equipment.

Amazing customer service. We are telling everyone we know to shop here.My son had been wanting to get into snowboarding after years of skateboarding. Hoping to save a little money, we went out to the swap that Sun and Snow held in Plymouth. Well, we made some rookie mistakes with our purchase. Fast forward, we called the store to discuss some of our concerns. Rob was amazing from start to finish. He invited my son to come out to the store to explore some possible replacements.Let's just say, Rob went above and beyond to put a smile on my son's face!" Rob was patient

You may not be an Olympic athlete but you can be fitted for equipment as if you were one.If your feet have ever felt anything but warm, secure, and connected to your skis or board while on the hill you need to see Rob post haste with your boots which he can do amazing things with or to get new boots which is what this story is about.boot fitter" is a misunderstood title. If you have ever walked into a ski shop and had someone bring out boxes after a cursory measurement with a Brannock device and then the boot liners were heated up and put on your feet you did not see a boot fitter.I have skied for 30 seasons consisting of 60+ days many times. I have never not felt pain until my feet went numb. I usually skied for an hour or two and then had to have my boots off for 10 minutes or so before cramming them back in and ratcheting them down to get the right pressure for precise turns.Then came Rob

I lost a tiny and publicly unavailable screw on my ski. Rob and his brother, Alex, ski/snowboard techs, we’re able to track one down and get it to me within 2 days. I really appreciate their communication. I send all of my family and friends to Sun and Snow because of interactions like this and I receive great service every time. I read some of the other reviews and it seems that everyone who steps in the door gets the same level of service that I do. Keep up the good work. Cheers!

I bought a dress at full price. When I went home I went on dresses website, I liked the feel of the dress, and seen my dress was half off. I called on their next business day and spoke with Grant, explained what I had found. He asked for website link and I had also had screen shot of my dress showing half off, he found my receipt and made the adjust very quickly and professionally I might add! Awesome store to do business with!

Such a great friendly store!!! I had the pleasure of stopping into the Plymouth Sun & Snow to get my 4 kids and myself resized as we all outgrew our last year gear! (I did split up the visit so I didn’t overwhelm the workers, since sizing kids is probably tricky!) Grant helped 3 of my kids get fitted for both boots and skis and he did such an amazing job! He was so pleasant and helpful and very knowledgeable! He took his time and didn’t rush us in any way! Asked questions to help decide what would work best for each of their skill level. I would definitely come back to have him help us in the future! I myself get overwhelmed dealing with my kids! Lol… but he was super chill!Later that evening, I returned to have my teen and myself fitted. Martina helped us and also was really patient and helpful! She explained what our fit was supposed to feel like and took the time to listen to our concerns about how the boots felt.Thank you so much for not stressing this last minute trip planner to Breckinridge out! You have some great employees!

Came in on my way home with a lose back disc brake fastener (aka, no brake action on the back wheel). Prompt, quick, friendly (bike) service, was back on my way in 10 minutes, all fixed and fastened. No charge. Warmly recommended, bike professionals.

Got my son's skis tuned up there. They found a blown out edge and, although there was no guarantee, they were able to repair it. Totally worth the extra. They were up front, honest, and one-time. Would definitely recommend this place for winter sports needs.

The customer service at the Plymouth store was amazing. The entire staff was so helpful. We had to get boots fitted and Rob was patient with us until we had the right fit. The store is a little bit out of our way but, it was so worth it. We will definitely be back next time we need something.

My first experience with this store was, hands down, one of the best. My son was recently fitted for a ski/boot rental. Their staff took the extra time to make sure the fit was perfect for him. That alone was impressive. Even better...the quality of the rental was amazing. Not the stuff you’ll get at the slope side rental places. Rob and his staff really know their stuff and are SO accommodating.My son and I will only be going to Sun & Snow from now on.
