Act one scene one :Buying our first house:Our first home buying experience started with Cody close to 7 years ago . Cody knew what we needed in a home, more than what we knew needed ( mind you, we were super in to HGTV shows at the time thinking that we could fix up no problem ..LOL ) .After a couple weeks, we put an offer on our first home and Cody was there to help us with every step which seems to be a complicated and tedious process for a first home buyer !
