Best Western Plus St. John'S Airport Hotel And Suites

Kids were running around in the hallway until late at night. Everything else was fine, but I couldn't sleep because of the uncontrolled kids making noise until late at night. The staff members are extremely kind, and they are the best.

This is a great hotel with an excellent location. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.It did have some of my hotel pet peeves:The was no access to the HDMI outlet on the tv as it was mounted tight to the wall.There was no guide on the TV for channels.The bathroom switch was outside the bathroom, which lit up the room when using it in the night. The wall mirror was strategically placed so a lot of light went into the room when the door was opened. This always disturbs my light sleeping wife.The shower head was above the shower control, which is no big problem usually except the shower only opens from the end under the shower head.I will stay here again at the end of our trip.

Spent a night out with family and friends, mainly so the kids could enjoy the pool while parents enjoyed the hot tub and in-hotel restaurant. We were shocked to see the pool area so packed, we wondered if it was past the maximum number allowed, and the hot tub was broken. We later lined up for our 7pm reservation, only to be waiting for close to an hour to be seated. Once in, we were told that only one side of the menu was being offered, giving us a choice of such foods as wings, onion rings, fries…all “beige” foods. We ordered a platter of this with a drink each, but had to order extra wings because the platter only offered 6 wings, a small handful of rings, two dried up tenders and two mozzarella sticks. It had to have been the worst food we’ve ever had. Then we were presented with a $200 bill. Will never go back again.

Newfound land is absolutely amazing. If you want a hotel here, this is a very good option. Rooms are very cozy and clean. Amazing showers. The service is really great, litteraly the best part of this hotel. The location isn't bad. Without a mode of transport it's very close to the airport with a shuttle bringing you to the airport and to the hotel. However it's so far from town you should either have a car or some money for a cab. Apart from that, an amazing place to stay!

Didn’t get the room we booked with the jetted tub (even though it was booked well in advance). Brown stains all over white bed sheets. Electric fireplace is really loud. Outlet by the bed doesn’t work. Parking is an absolute nightmare here. Seems like this lot is used for people to leave their vehicle while they leave the province, leaving their own guests without parking. Many had to double park, park up on the grass and park in undesignated areas making it more difficult just to drive through their lot. Our room keys seemed to expire after 24 hrs (even though we booked a 2 night stay) which was annoying. Amelia’s food/drinks were pretty good. Waitress seemed pretty unhappy to be their and started off greeting us with a “it’s gunna be at least a half hour wait for food” which isn’t the most welcoming. Not sure if this place is always overrun with children but this weekend was super busy with kids playing in and running through the hallways all day and night. Overall, pretty poor experience. We definitely won’t be back!

My time here was absolutely wonderful! My room was meant for a king! All the fun and comforts under one roof! Spending time in the pool area was fun at its best! The food and service was superior to anything else! You will not be disappointed in staying here!

Way over priced . Rooms are unnecessarily big and it becimes inconvenient. Not even a littke breakfast in the deal.

Very impressive; this hotel is clean and full-featured. Quick overnight stay; the staff were awesome in every way, courteous, friendly, helpful. Enjoyed the bar (decent scotch selection) and had a great breakfast. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
