McCallum Care Clinic
Dr. Patel has been my doctor for a number of years now. She is wonderful. However, it is increasingly frustrating when trying to call in (all day I might add) for simple patient information, and nobody is answering the phone over there. Maybe the clinic should be set up an email system or allow patients to leave a voicemail so patients can communicate with the clinic as needed.

If it was easier finding a family doctor I would switch due to the admin or lack thereof: Very difficult to get a hold of anybody by phone. Always a wait of at least an hour after my booked appointment time.

The doctor didn’t sign the prescription so I waited 1.5 hours to finally receive while experiencing bad back pain. The pharmacist was even mad!!!

I have been seeing Dr Patel at this clinic for years. She is amazing; professional, a great listener (I never feel rushed) and has always goes the extra mile to diagnose and find the right solution to all of my various health issues. She is also kind and thoughtfulI find the office runs very efficiently as I rarely have to wait much longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. If you have a phone appointment she always gets back to me in a timely fashion.The reception staff are also very kind and helpful.

Phenomenal staff! Showed up to the clinic on a Saturday panicking to see a Dr and not wanting to go to Emergency. (Spent over an hour driving around and trying to find a clinic that was actually taking walk-ins without any luck). I wish I had known about this clinic first. Didn't wait longer than 10 minutes to see a Dr. The front desk staff, the doctor and even the pharmacy staff were all so friendly, attentive and caring. Thank you McCallum Care - you really do care! xo
