Takes forever to get through drive thru, they consistently get my order wrong. To busy socializing rather than focusing on serving customers, my tea was sitting on the counter and it took them 3-4 minutes to hand it to me even though I'd already received my food. A tea should not take longer than food, I've work at a timmies and I know the standards set and they aren't being met in this store

I went to tim’s and ordered a chili meal. Chili was more like soup really cheaped out. Wasn’t much of a meal and old donuts. Won’t be back. I use to love their Chili… not now. Gross.

Tim Horton has been run poorly lately. Slow..rather ignorant of customers standing as they slowly get drive through's order and going through drive through..our drinks are have been too sweet or sugar forgotten. So many excuses..I've been to A & W and McDonald's for coffee, for that reason.

Went there for coffee at 9am on May 21, 2023. The coffee we received tasted burnt. Maybe it was just bad timing, or the coffee was left on for too long.

Witnessed an older woman employee yell and put down another employee who was in training, at the drive thru. It was an utterly disgusting display of behaviour by an adult who is supposed to be training another person/new hire. What an abuse of power, and a good indicator of a very toxic work environment. It was ugly to see and I will not be back, and I will never support Tim Hortons again. Shame on you!!!!

I had the worst experience today, the manager was screaming and yelling at the employees who were obviously new and doing their best.Unacceptable behaviour and I hope she is fired.
