Amazing work. Major thanks to Marjorie and Kris for coordinating the fixing of my vehicle after being sideswiped. My car’s interior/exterior was cleaner than when I purchased it! Incredibly swift and efficient service.A comfortable courtesy car was provided as well.

Superb service. Both the front desk (Marina?) and the repair man (Kris) were top knotch. Although they have a waitlist due to popular demand, they were clear from initial phone call about wait time expectations. They were accomodating about the courtesy car and even helped me with my baby car seat.Once my car was called for service, it was done within 48 hours and spotless. The whole experience was honestly seamless and wonderful. Kris was transparent about the cost of the repairs with itemized list and explained in terms anyone would understand. I highly recommend you check out this place for any repairs!

This place just seems to be SUPER BUSY and because of this they will fix your car in a rush. My experience: took 5 weeks to get an estimate (when most other places can get it done in 30 min. tops) They promised me a new bumper that even ICBC approved but then they had to keep the car in the shop for an extra day because they ordered the wrong part and they ended up fixing the damaged bumper. When I picked up the car, noticed that some clips from the inside of the bumper were not even there nor the bumper was aligned. The guy -somewhat annoyed- quickly tried to fix it but it was not the greatest. After 3 weeks of having that part not aligned properly I got annoyed and brought the car back, they were nice enough to fix it again but when I came to pick it up for a second time, they had scratch the fender in the attempt of aligning the bumper, they were not even aware of it or they were just hoping that I will miss it.Now, sadly I had another incident and they said again that just for the estimate will take a month and a half. They said to me that they had 80 cars in the queue. It just seems that the workers there just want to get the job as soon as possible no matter how, and if you care about your car looking the closest possible to what it was, unfortunately, this is not the place.if you go to other places, they can get this done in a more timely manner and not make you wait so many weeks to fix it poorly.

Excellent customer service and flawless repair!Beyond the damages from my accident, they fixed every little scratches on my car, vacuumed the interior, tucked the wiring in for my dashcam better than I could’ve ever done myself, and explained my insurance policy to me in detail to clear up any confusion.The car was honestly in a better condition than when I picked it up brand new from the dealership a year and a half ago.

The customer service is top-notch and the work is done quickly and well.I've been a customer for several years and they're the best auto shop I've ever used.From replacing shattered windows to fixing brakes, they've gone above and beyond to offer me the best service at the best price.

Very poor customer service.I made an appointment to get an estimate on some autobody repair work for Saturday morning, January 14, 2023.I showed up on time just as this business was opening and the first words out of the service reps mouth was “is that your vehicle parked in front of our shop, because I was just about to call the tow truck to get your towed”.I told him that I was here for my appointment and that they were supposed to be giving me an estimate.He told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks to get the work done and I said that was fine but he said chances of getting an estimate estimate to me within six weeks was pretty slim. Before I could answer, he said “maybe you should go somewhere else” at that point I told him that I was not going to bring my business to them .This shop seems very small time and unorganized with staff that really don’t care if they get the work or not.Steer clear of this place if you value your time.They completely wasted my time on a Saturday morning.

Great staff that were quick and concise about all aspects of my intake and repair! No fuss, no muss! I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for great repairs and awesome service!

I've used Ivan's services three times from 2017-2019.The first was to fix a door panel after a collision in my parking garage. The customer service was great and the job was done well. When a similar collision happened a second time, I took the car to Ivan's again. When I got the car back, primer paint had been left on the door, around the area that was repaired. I took the car back and Ivan's promptly cleaned it off.The third time was after someone hit me while driving. I took it to Ivan's for repair and when I got the car back, the passenger side of the car had not at all been repaired. I discovered this after my brakes weren't working properly. I once again had to take the car back to Ivan's for them to fix their work. Shortly after that, I went to put my winter tires on and discovered that whoever worked on my car at Ivan's destroyed the lugs nuts such that I couldn't even remove them. I called Ivan's and, to their credit, someone came to my apartment to help, and they got me set up with new lug nuts. Later, I noticed white flecks of primer paint on the roof of my black car, near where they had last repaired. I didn't want to deal with Ivan's again, so they are still there to this day.Yes, Ivan's has excellent customer service. But the work that came out of the shop was of unreliable quality. 2/3 visits, I had to go back for them to fix their work. Perhaps the quality of their work has improved since 2019, but while I look for a repair shop today, I would still never go back there.
