Mortgages can seem overwhelming. James and his team made the experience not only easy but incredibly informative making us so confident in the decision we were making. James takes the time to meet with every client personally and not once did we feel rushed or that any of our concerns seemed trivial. HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. In a world and time where service is sometimes an oversight, it is clearly what James has built his business on. Buying a house is a big decision, take one of the variable out by having James do your mortgage. You will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend working with James. So happy with the rate and I am astonished at how easily it went. I had a harder time with my bank just talking about renewing my mortgage with extra money for home improvements I am so happy they wouldn't waive the fee for early renewal or I would never have contacted James. Things happen for a reason and this was a much better turnout than I would have received from the bank that I have dealt with for 20 years.
