Hands down my favourite bike shop! The customer service and experience is absolutely amazing. I have been in many times, and every time I was given what I needed without the pressure of having to buy more….although I must say they do have some very nice bikes that I wouldn’t mind getting!My bike is tuned up and ready to go, and I will most definitely go back when I need to.11 out of 10 no question!

If you’re in the market for a new bike, a tune up, or anything to make your ride easier, definitely make the trip out to Armstrong! I’m new to biking in the Okanagan and Codie made shopping for a new bike so easy. He let me try out a few different styles, sizes, and even adjusted the seats and tires to make sure I was getting the most out of my short ride. Great selection of helmets, and accessories too. So thoughtful, and professional in his service. The conversation we had was insightful and friendly, this is definitely the bike shop you’ll want to visit regularly.

I meet Cody when I was in search for some Tri Bar shifters that I couldn’t source locally. He was soo helpful on the phone that I was on my way minutes after. He installed them for me on the spot. His shop is full of really cool gear that I hope to check out in the future. I highly recommend him for all your tri needs. Very friendly and professional 5 ⭐️ .
