All this one snow removal guy did was dump snow from our parking lot onto the street, blocking 9 spots on a single block. Now the city is quite rightly refusing to remove the huge piles of snow he dumped there so nobody can find parking on Benny Crescent and Benny Avenue. This despite having a snow blower. This is the worst, most incompetent company I have ever seen. They have no idea what they're doing.

Where do I start about this company? I have never dealt with such unorganized and unprofessional people in my life. My parked car was damaged by their sidewalk snow removal machine as it had slipped and fell onto the side of my car. The driver called the SPVM to locate the owner of the car because he was unable to move his machine without my car being moved. My husband and I then go outside, take photos, and we were told by the driver that his manager would contact us to work out the details of the damage. We were reluctant to move our car, concerned that it might get damaged more. We were reassured by the driver and his manager that they would take care of these damages. We moved our car, the driver moved his machine and we were told we would be contacted shortly. Of course we were not; days passed and I reached out to David (manager). He asked for photos, which i sent by text message and he said he would stop by to evaluate the damage. For two weeks he scheduled different times to pass by and never did, often not showing up or saying he could not make it that evening. He finally calls to say he will fill out a report and the department responsible for this would reach out to us to resolve. AGAIN no one called us. I called the company; spoke to the responsible individual, she wouldn't let me speak and said well it's been submitted to insurance and that's it. They made me wait 5 weeks to tell me it's been submitted to insurance? Finally she says i will tell the team to reach out to you and she hangs up. Someone calls me thursday evening, i call back and was told he will call me back in 5 minutes, no call back no response AGAIN. I call the company this morning, and was told that the team will call me right away. No call AGAIN. I finally call back the number i got the call from thursday evening again to be told that based on the pictures they decided that this is not something that they can resolve themselves and we will have to proceed via insurance. AGAIN 5 WEEKS LATER. And then asked very rude questions like have you not seen the weather outside? we had consecutive snow fall, this delay is normal, this is part of the procedure. Thank you Sig-Nature, I am aware of when it snows in the city. Unacceptable; I truly hope Ville de Montreal stops contracting work to these kinds of companies. Thank you for leaving us with a car that we couldn't drive for 5 weeks while you filled out a document that looks like it was created by a 10 year old. Thank you for making me call you a dozen times a week to resolve this because there were too many tempete de neige consecutif.""

Aucune professionnalisme !Aucune formation de personnel,pour déneigement sécuritaire.Ils bloque le voitures et trottoirs.Il ya pas la note ' 0' je mettrais. J'ai parlé avec un représentant, aucun résultat.Entrepreneur Générale . Montréal.P.S journée perdue pour moi et 5 salarié.

Il est presque 11h et ils ne sont toujours pas passés pour déneiger (30 cm de neige). Le stationnement est tellement enneigé que les clients des commerces ne peuvent pas stationner et les locataires ne peuvent pas sortir du stationnement (immeuble coin 19e avenue et Bélanger à Montréal). Ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive depuis décembre. Très mauvais service.

Ça fait plusieurs années que nous sommes avec eux mais cette année nous ne sommes pas du tout impressionnés de leur service. On nous demande d’aviser les copropriétaires que le nettoyage se fait le lendemain de la tempête entre 9et11 am et ils ne se presentent pas ! Leur excuse.. ils sous-contractent cette année!!! Je suis un administrateur de copropriété à Laval (138 unités) et nous sommes à contrat depuis 4 années avec Sig-Natur. Nous sommes plus que satisfait du travail de cet entrepreneur qui est présent lors des tempêtes (Pendant et même avant avec épandage de sel préventif) et ils font un travail remarquable, lors de petits accrocs (cela peut arriver) ils sont toujours venus réparer au printemps et toujours à notre satisfaction. Leur grande fiabilité et leur professionnalisme sont de loin leurs meilleurs marque de commerce. Je le recommande sans restrictions ;-)Merci à tous les employés dévoués de cet entreprise.
