April 21st 5:30pm Waited 6 minutes before someone actually served me. It was obvious they knew i was waiting (only me in line) but nobody wanted to take the initiative to jump on the till to take the order. Management needs to work on rebuilding the culture of providing the best service to the customer. Im only writing this because its not the first time. I come here pretty often. The drive through service is good but seems like front end is lacking on training and communication. Not trying to be a Karen here just stating the facts. I hope management takes this review seriously and works on rebuilding the culture of providing the best service to the customer.

Your everyday Tim Hortons next to Westshore Mall. I went for a casual walk and grabbed a French Vanilla from this place. The staff were very jolly and proactive.

Of all the Tim Hortons in the greater Victoria area this location is by far the best. (I’ve been to nearly all of them) I come to this Tim Hortons 5-7 times a week as does many of my family members.The drive-thru on weekdays is fast, efficient and friendly. Rarely have I ever had an order be mixed up. It’s going to happen from time to time we are only human.I’m hesitant going to other Tim Hortons locations.

Do not like anything about this place. If I could give it zero stars I would. I really like steep tea and this place just disappoint me every-time by giving cold and old tea. Not even once like it happened 100 times now. So bad

All tables were covered with garbage. The bag of food given had a big smear of butter on the bottom, when brought to the attention of one of the employees behind the counter, they ignore it and keep doing whatever they were doing. Some nice casheers but that's about it.Update: I've now found hair in my food from this Timmons location more than once recently. If I could give this place less then one star I would.Update to the update: Got a replacement for the food that had hair in it. The replacement had cardboard in it. It's honestly amazing how little the staff care about the quality of the food they serve.

Thought it would be faster to use the order and pay kiosk because no one seemed keen for an order... Got to the end and was trying to pay and the pinpad simply didn't recognize that there was an order. Asked someone working and they suggested to use the adjacent kiosk. Not ideal for reasonable service times.
