Alistair Veles-Astra was incredible! Friendly, polite, accommodating, knowledgeable, tenacious and (hopefully) successful. I was having problems with a phone (and a different provider) for TWO YEARS! They and their sidekick (the manager) at Virgin scratched thier heads and fixed my problem (fingers crossed) in under an hour. I will (literally) drive hours to give then my business in the future. All my thumbs up.

Hayden was a amazing associate, has answered every question and helped me threw the process I have never expirence such amazing customer service. They helped me transfer my number and explained it in details and let me know everythin I needed. This is what I call true customer service and they should be recognized for such great work. Helped by AJ at Northgate Mall in North Bay. He was the best service rep I have ever experienced: warm, kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and solved my problem after months of calls to Virgin Mobility. Cannot recommend AJ highly enough.

Hayden at the kiosk in North Gate Square in North Bay Ontario was amazing. I have quite literally never had that level of customer service in my entire life. Happy/exuberant, informed/knowledgeable, kind, professional, amazing. For prepaid they are the worst. My husband has a phone with them. And it's nothing but headaches. You cant even top up without having to go through a million security questions. I have had way easier experiences with other company's. I understand there security issues. But wow. It's sickening...
