Worst Service Ever, AVOID!!!!They messed up our order twice but with the old owners they were still willing to fix their mistake. The new owner (KIRI), He is very unprofessional, Rude and doesn't want to take responsibility of anything.We moved our business somewhere else and we are very glad we had done so.

This is one of the fastest and most efficient services that I have ever had. I placed an order for a 6 colourscreen print for over 4K t-shirts and they came out better than I can imagine. Every single print looks likeit was handled professionally and carefully. The shirts were nicely folded in bundles of 12 and sizes wereorganized per box. This made my life a lot easier when I had to sort them out and distribute on my end. I’lldefinitely be working with Stitch & Ink again next year. Thanks

I don't know if many of these 5-star reviews are fake (considering they're all either 1 or 5-star reviews), or if other people simply got much better service than my team did, but Stitch and Ink has been one of the most unprofessional, difficult companies I've had the displeasure of dealing with.We had a small order and discussed different designs, during which time, Stitch and Ink was being professional and attentive, if a bit uncommunicative.After a while, Kiriakos and his team kept postponing my order and eventually stopped responding to my texts or calls altogether. Although I only ever called during business hours, and only when they wouldn't reply to my texts for days on end, they eventually blocked my number and ceased communication near-completely. I resorted to calling them sparingly from other people's phones (which they occasionally answered) to try and get a refund.Eventually, after nearly 6 months of delay from when the original order was supposed to be completed, and under threat of a demand letter, they sent over a refund with no explanation or messaging.I see that a lot of these reviews are positive, and perhaps they're true, but I would not risk such a poor experience and would look for a different local custom print company.
