Super 8 by Wyndham Windsor/Dougall

Booked at the Super 8 to come down for a Bowling Tournament. The staff were very friendly and accommodating a large group of us. Definitely recommend this location for a clean, welcoming place to stay. Thank you.

This place is not on the level, we had a reservation from a site. So it was available but when we got our statement a month later were charged full price. I think they are not paying income tax as well on some rooms if they can get away with it. That's Wyndham for ya!

if you would like to party all night with loud neighbors, this is your place. The front desk does nothing. They just say we can’t do anything. Till 11 o’clock at night then we can ask them to tone it down. The worst place ever. The breakfast was horrible. The coffee was like dishwater. Completely gone downhill since the last time I was there.

I stayed for one night from out of town. I don't know why this is 2 stars. Rooms were extremely clean, front desk was helpful and polite & friendly and the Complimentary Breakfast was huge. A nice man offers to make you fresh waffles. It's close to 401 and about 10mins from downtown. I would definitely stay there again!!

We had an extremely late check in (2:45am), but there was a night bell, so it was still easy to check in. Since we came in so late, they were very accommodating for a late checkout. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was great and the really nice gentleman manning the breakfast even did some eggs cooked over easy for us. Checkout was simple and we were on our way. Would definitely stay here again, especially for the reasonable price!

Guy at the reception desk during afternoon named Jay, was not at all customer service oriented. Even after telling him that we drove long to get to this hotel, and wanted access to the room or the toilet, he refused to help us and asked us to come back at 3 o’clock. Even after coming around 330 or later he said the rooms are not ready yet and made us wait for next 15 minutes. I do not want him to lose his job, but it will be nice if he has some customer service skills I know how to deal with people, also he was very kind and always smiling with white people while serving them but not the brown people. I would probably never come back and also would not recommend my friends or relatives. Also swimming pool is advertised but it was closed

We have been coming to this location in Windsor for more than 20 years whenever we are in town for our annual Provincials Bowling Tournament. The motel is awesome, clean, and very reasonable. The owner and staff are awesome. I would recommend this location any time you wish to stay in Windsor.The rooms are the perfect size and are always clean and fully stocked.

Great staff and clean rooms. Staff cleared up a misunderstanding caused by head office and was very understanding and did their best to accommodate within reason. Definitely coming back on my next visit to Windsor
