Very good, helpful nail salon! They do a really good job. Make sure to make paraffin wax and bring cash. Discount when paying in cash. Love my gollum toes for summer!!

They have taken every measure to keep their customers safe. They always deliver amazing nails, I love my nails every time I go out there. Totally worth the 30 minute drive from Ottawa!!

The lady who works here needs to slow down and show people better customer service and make them feel important. Instead she just tries to rush people through to take as many clients as possible. I mean there are people who have appointments and yet even when full they try and take more clients, making the people with appointments ,feel rushed. Slow down and appreciate the people paying for the services.

I have been going to this place for the last year I booked an appointment online as per usual I came in they were running behind the tech assigned to me today only spent a total of 15 minutes on my refill it was absolutely atrocious no shaving my nails are bumpy they are all different lengths and different shapes the nail polish is not nicely applied very sad to have such a bad experience this time around will not be returning if this is the experience I can expect. He clearly was rushed and didn’t care to do even a decent job

I attended this establishment on three separate occasions. I won’t be back!!! I had a pedicure and nails done, on the third visit the woman who did my nails was rude, rough with my hands and a toddler could do a better job at applying shellac. Go elsewhere in CP, this place will fold for shoddy work in several months.

Amazing place to get your nails done, they are so professional and polite, my nail artist gave me the perfect set of nails and they do so many designs I will recommend this place to anyone and I’ll be going back for sure :) very happy customer !!! Thank you !!

I have been there a few times over the years.Recently trying them again after over a year. Made an appointment for 2 pedicures for 1pm. We were started 20 and 30 mins late. After the 2nd coat of polish I was told they would come back in 10-15 to do the top coat. My friend was still having hers done so I didn't mind. When they applied her top coat I mentioned it and was told they had done it. They did not and when I stated it was not done, they argued with me, repeatedly.While my nails do look nice (they have always done a nice job), they overbooked (common occurrence), not respecting our time (hence making an appointment) and then to argue with me about what was and what was not done, it was not a great experience, I will not return.

Been going to Galleria Nails for over a year and have always had amazing experiences! All staff are very friendly, the salon is very clean, they’re always accommodating with appointments and they do amazing work for a very reasonable price!

They are perfectly shaped, The woman that did them was sweet and precise. They look amazing
