I called tech, asking about a monitor issue I was having, I was told I probably needed a new monitor, but to bring in my computer, not the monitor, to see if that could be the issue. My monitor kept going to sleep mode. I got there, the woman came out, opened the computer and stood back without even touching it, said I needed a new hard drive and about 8gs of ram. They didn't have space to plug it into a monitor and couldn't tell me, what one would cost, it would be $65 just to look at it, but they couldn't say when they would have time to take a look leave it all day and it might be ready before closing time, it was 10:00 am. I left, feeling like I was being upscaled, and it was only about money to them. I was able to find another computer repair in the area, was seen right away, I didn't need a monitor, hard drive or more ram. A good cleaning and a new monitor cable and all it good. I won't be returning.

Came in with an idea in mind for my dream gaming pc, Justin was able to come up with a quote for my computer in my budget. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, making sure I got everything in needed in a computer with a great price tag. I’m super excited to get my computer, and I feel relieved that my build is in very capable hands.

I ordered a custom built desktop, the price was high but that was expected.There's nothing really wrong and the computer works great, just some cut corners here and there.For example, they specifically listed on the quote and receipt I was getting (2) 8gb ram sticks, while I actually received (1) 16gb which makes it difficult to add more ram in the future.Overall, good computers, some shifty business practices.

Oner was so rude. There I am talking to someone about a computer and as soon as I say I was with a company, she was easdropping the hole time, then yells from across the room what company are you with" like I wasn't talking to you so why do you thonk it is alright to yell at me. She was rude to me

Nedtek is top notch... I own a small business ( Scotia Stairs Limited ) and I've purchased 3 office computers from John 8 years ago... The computers lasted that long with no issues at all!!!I've just decided to do an upgrade and purchase new computers as I have maxed out the lifespan of my current ones.Once again John and his crew treated me with outstanding service, great prices and quality product ( this is the norm at Nedtek ).Thanks John... Knowledgable, and more important, effective. These guys get things done, quickly and reasonably priced. Much better than any experience with I've had with big box stores. This is the place to bring a cranky old slow computer.

I want to give a shout out to the owner and staff at NedTek Computer Solutions Inc.A fellow mature international student from SMU found herself struggling this past year with rising cost of living and university. (she pays double what I pay because she is an international student) She studies really hard, works part time and volunteers at the SMU community food room. She is a very busy woman. She started university at the same time as I did in January of 2020. Her 13 and 18 year old daughters and her husband were supposed to join her in Canada by April that year. Covid messed that up and it was 18 months before she saw them again. They are still in Jamaica and hope to join her soon. She is dedicated and determined to finish her degree, but last week her laptop crashed and she had no means of getting another one.Here’s where the good people of NEDTEK came in. I reached out to them. They offered to assemble a laptop for her at a fraction of the price of a new or used one. I bought it for her and she was so grateful.I want to recommend this Sackville business because I have personally bought and had computers fixed there and have always been happy with the product and service.Note: When John (NedTek) heard I was paying for the laptop he offered to return half of the money I gave him (of course I refused because I support small business.)

Been going there for years to purchase newer desktop computers and getting old laptop computers fixed. very well priced, and the staff there are very courteous and pleasant to deal with. At present I have a laptop getting tuned up. If something changes I will update my review.

I've been purchasing and having machines serviced at Nedtek for over 20 years. They have provided 5 star service in all instances. Their new cloud backup is well-priced and provides peace of mind. My machines are heavily used workplace machines and they have minimized downtime and always fully protected my data. Thanks to everybody at Nedtek for this!

Some time ago I had the misfortune of dealing with this company. I bought a me computer from Staples ( another mistake ) and took to this company to put Libre on it instead of Microsoft. From here on nothing but a headache. They never completely took me through it and I would have to call back to get on board again. Well, last week she ( tech dept ) said she could not help me then. I told her I would call her back. Guess what the teck dept blocked my number. Never again for this company.
