great Bike bought EM 1 love machine buddy at store needs to hire ppl and his schedule is super erratic never actually shows up on time to open his store.

Very helpful, helped me find plastics for my bike and oredred them helped me with stuff! Hat I had I replace don't evto a Theif hopefully they can help me again soon.

Cannot keep employees, promises, or professionalism. When questioned about his excuses the owner became belligerent and profane. Shop elsewhere if you want peace of mind with your purchase.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with The Electric Scooter Store in Kingston, ON. We purchased the Daymak Eagle eScooter in August 2016. Within one week, it had so many issues and break downs that the company had to pick it up from downtown. They would not admit to anything being wrong with it and, therefore, would not do the warranty work. Paid $2400.00 and had the eScooter for one week. It's been in their possession ever since because they refuse to admit/fix the issues. They won't let JJ Alfatech (who we purchased a very reliable eScooter from) later in August 2016 inspect the Eagle eScooter to validate the issues. I have now Daymak CEO. If Daymak does not intervene, I am proceeding to court. I would NEVER deal with this company again.

These guys are fantastic, The owner(i think?) took the time out of his evening to stay open late to work on my e bike and install new batteries. Amazing service and very nice and welcoming employees. Dont hesitate to go there!

I had an ebike from another dealer, but got a flat tire, and by chance had to take it to Daymak. They agreed to fix the flat , which was good, but a fat guy ( owner?) behind the counter called me an idiot for having a different brand of bike. When I asked questions about his selection of bikes he give just yes/no" answers

Absolutely the worst service ever. The electric ATV's worked well at first then increasingly required fixing and parts. Owners attitude was one in which he has sold the ATV and therefore you are just a pain. If you are thinking of purchasing one of these items seriously consider getting it from some other vender. These guys are horrible!!

So I have a friend, who has an E-Bike in the shop. The bike is under warranty, for the part to get fixed. The owner is not checking his message, to make a date to pick it up . I understand this situation with the Covid-19, but the has threatened to put a store fee on this bike. My friend just wants to pick it up and we can do it at anytime.I would like to know, if anyone else has had a similar problem. Cheers!

Best place in town by far. Bought several scooters from these guys and they went above and beyond for me everytime. I recommend coming here if your in the market for electric scooters or bikes. You will regret it otherwise trust me.

I bought an e-scooter from this store for $1200. The scooter is good for two months before the maximum range and top speed decrease by half ( low temperature in winter might contribute to the decrease in performance). To make matters worse, one of the batteries died after 6 month. The tire also broken, and many parts were rusted. Cost me $250 to put everything straight. Services are bad and slow. They care far more and about their money than you. Ebike is good, but do not buy from them.
