I'm an avid tea lover and love tea from all over the world. I must say that Japanese tea is one of my favourites. I've recently purchased Hokusan's Sencha tea and this has now become a pantry staple for our home! It's a smooth and fresh whole leaf tea. It has a great consistent flavour and a really nice colour.

Hokusan Tea is my absolute favourite Matcha ! It has a wonderful flavour and tastes lovely with almond milk – this has become a daily treat ! I highly recommend :)

Prices are amazing! Service is impeccable. Legit Japanese tea wholesaler. One of the only places I know of to get hojicha powder as well. Tea comes by the kg, so what I usually do is get a kilo and then share it between friends, especially if we're talking about tea powder for cooking.I first tried their tea at the Toronto Tea Festival in 2019 and I've been a fan of theirs ever since. They really know their tea.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HOKUSAN TEA!The quality of the tea is amazing, has flavour and tastes amazing - not like the generic stuff from your typical grocery store. Especially for Japanese tea, it's hard to find quality Japanese tea without breaking the bank. It's a good bang for your buck.There's instructions on how to properly steep your tea. Rikko was VERY good at educating me on tea leaves and it was very interesting learning about how tea leaves are made through different processes. Customer service is friendly, patient and understanding. If you're an absolute tea person, check out Hokusan tea, you won't regret it!

Incredible quality tea at a crazy good price! Staff is incredibly amazing and super friendly. Will be grabbing my green tea from them from now on! David's Tea and Amazon pale in comparison to the level of customer service and quality you get from Hokusan. I hope they stick around as you very rarely find a hidden gem like this.
