We received notch customer service from Logan! Kind, friendly, super helpful and knowledgable - they went above and beyond to support our needs in replacing 4 major appliances. There was no pressure to buy and Logan listened to our needs and helped get us the BEST DEAL and one that we felt comfortable with. From start to finish deal was completed in what seemed like less than an hour, and our new appliances are on their way! It was also very fun to hear a salesperson be just as excited as we were at our new appliance purchase! Logan is clearly an asset to his location and the world needs more Logan's out there to help better the customer service experience overall...Well done Logan!! Thank YOU Bjorn, Logan, and the Brick! Angela the store manager assisted us in purchasing a leather recliner for my mother. We tried four that were of interest and picked one that suited mom. A brown version is set to be delivered on Monday to her lodge. Angela made the whole experience stress free. Thanks

Received great service from the store to delivery. Bought a washing machine and Angela was able to get me a deal and arranged to have it delivered the next day. The delivery guys were excellent. They were quick and they accommodated me when I left some needed hoses on the old machine. First time buying at the Brick, I was not disappointed. Thank you!
