February 17, 2023-* Today I ordered the new rainbow Milkshake and let me tell you this…IT DOES NOT LOOK AT ALL LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT! First the sprinkles were looking like rainbow cat litter and nothing like the marshmellow look on the advertisement. It is a simple strawberry milkshake with rainbow sugar rocks sprinkles… That looks like cat litter once on the shake….——-September 26, 2022Today was excellent.The service was impeccable!The man who served us did it with a huge smile and he was very kind.He even gave our 3 yrs old a little ice cream sundae, Thank you so much for the sweet gift! :)The place got renovated beautifully, modern look and actual colors that fits so well the place.You and your colleague have a good day! and Thank You so much for the service and the gift!

We came here later at night , I only saw two staff but these guys were champs they were working well together and getting orders done quickly . We were only in the restaurant 10 minutes from order to receiving our food I hope the owner of this establishment appreciates the staff he has.

Im glad this place is at least 4 stars I have only had 1 ONE problem here with the buffalo wrap and they not only fixed it with new ones but offered two free ones next time (which I didn’t take because I wasn’ttrying to get free food) EVERYONE I have talked to so far at this place is extremely nice always smiles food is cooked very well for a fast food place and a DQ at that, always clean, and if you are complaining about price, go to McDonald’s and compare your bill smh. download DQ app it has AMAZING deals and if you did not get DQ coupons in your mail ask at the counter and they usually have them and have no problem giving them to you for that purchase too. they even let you re-use the coupons instead of taking the ones you just used there. stop feeling so entitled you work for your money to spend here they work for their money they make there, probably less than you make, so shut your mouth and give them a tip for cooking your food in-front of you on an actual grill. Who ever said your chicken was microwaved, you clearly didn’t watch them put it on the grill or deep fry it, pathetic this place is best DQ I have been to in Ontario dated building or not
