went to pharmacy gor medicine. the girl named (ARCHANA)was very rude.. i ask for medicine for my back pain. she didn’t know anything about it.. she was very rude and didn’t give answer properly. Go somewhere else for better customer service.

Amazing place to visit specially when you want detailed explanation for the medicine; doctor prescribed. I start going there recently and experience is phenomenal. Pharmacist there named as Satya is knowledgeable and highly recommended for consultations. Great job team...!!! Appreciate your patience and professionalism.

Multiple times when Ive come in theyve told me I “had” to pay for my medication as im not under any insurance and the insurance i used to be covered under (my fathers plan) doesnt cover me anymore. I was brought to tears the first time this happened because i thought that if i didnt have insurance in ontario and was under 25, i was covered and didnt have to pay? Theyve tried to scam me out of my money multiple times, forcing me to pay for medication when im under 25 and my prescriptions have always been free. Ive fought them on it every time that theyve tried to make me pay and i end up never having to pay. Be careful and know your rights

My wife and I had a booster vaccine recently at the pharmacy. The staff is very Kind, Humble and Caring.Dealing with Amrit was just amazing. She is superb person and she very professionally guided us through the process and vaccine details. It was wonderful experience. Highly recommend the place.

Had to wait 1 hr and 15 minutes for one pill. Super unprofessional. They are all over the place.

I was there for Booster shot on Dec 18th. This pharmacy is well managed. Staff was easy to deal with specially Satya; gentleman who administered the booster. I was done in less than 10 minutes and received all the necessary information related to booster. Big thumbs up to the staff for being so professional....!!!!

The staff are slow and disorganized. There are usually more then 4 people behind the counter, and a lot of time is spent socializing. They are rude and completely ignore you and have no respect for anyones time.

tried to get me to pay for my medication even though I’m covered under OHIP+, told me that since I’m ‘not a university student’ I’m not covered, which has nothing to do with OHIP+ coverage. They tried this with my sister 10+ times before when she was also covered under OHIP+ so she immediately called them out on their scamming and they finally gave me my medication. I’ll never be returning, they’re trying to scam uninsured young people out of their medically necessary prescriptions. ridiculous.

Horrible experience at this pharmacy! I would not recommend it to anyone! They didn’t even bother explaining how to take the medicine and have very expensive fees. The wait time is very long. I sent them an email with my prescription, and they didn’t even bother having it ready. They argued their email servers are down, but they didn’t pick up my calls either. Also, they just handed me the medicine without telling me how to take it or store it. It was horrible customer service, and they did not even consider the fact that the customer is ill. They do not know how to treat or even talk to customers; therefore, will not visit this again and recommend that you do not bother to do so either.

Received my booster vaccine last Wednesday. Devinder S. (the pharmacist) administered the vaccine. He's gentle and I did not feel any pain on my arm. All the staff in this pharmacy are all polite, accomodating and professional. Special thanks to Amrid who's always there to help and accommodate me. Recommend this place to everyone.
