Hamilton Mountain Gymnastics

I must be missing something reading these reviews. My daughter loves this place. Her coach teaches her new stuff everyday along with plenty of encouragement. All I can say is don't always go by reviews try it out for yourself. We did and are very glad we did.

Phenomenal organization and worth every penny! Coach Dan is an amazing leader who is SO great with kids and embodies European values with a gentle but firm approach. Coach Jade and the other instructors are so caring and enthusiastic. Each section of toddlers are learning about patience, discipline, and even what the word no" means. Parents who don't want their children to gain those life long skills should absolutely stay away

Would give zero stars if I could. Dont bring your child here!The gym class for toddlers is absolutely chaotic. Toddlers and 1 year olds mixed together, sharing equipment. No structure.. it is expected for three year olds to sit down and stretch for 15 minutes which is not realistic or fun for them. Teenagers orchestrating" the class... not experienced with children

Both my daughters have done gymnastics here for many years. The coaches and staff are great. They are so friendly and helpful. My daughter learns so much with every class and enjoys it tremendously. It's been a wonderful experience!

Start off by saying the owner Diane. Is absolutely disgustingly rude. They owe me a good $300+ dollars and saying they sent an email which I sent proof of that they INFACT DID NOT. When asking for my money back or to enroll my daughter in another gymnastics class she said no.I contacted the BBB but DIANE is not responding to them (clearly because she knows she messed up) and instead of refunding me she chooses to ignore. (Great way to run a business)..I still have not received money or anything so will definitely be posting this on TIKTOK (over 500k followers and most in Hamilton) to make more PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS TERRIBLY RUN BUSINESS..It’s really sad because we went there as kids and had ALL our birthday parties there and this is how we get thanked.- I will continue to post this until I get my money back or I will be looking into a small claim lawsuit. I’m a single mom and pregnant it’s DISGUSTING that you would do this to someone. Shame on you Diane .-

My daughter's (8 and 4) love coming to class here. They learn in a fun and positive environment.All sorts of gymnastics equipment here for them to try and learn new skills.

This is first time for my daughter to join hamilton mountain gymnastics and I am so glad I got her in.This place is huge, my girl looks forward to attend her classDoina (club's founder and owner) is super nice, and very friendly.Kids and other visitors safety is Doina's top priority and to ensure everyone is safe proper covid19 safety protocols are being followed at all times.I would highly recommend this place to first timers...

We’ve both lost employment due to COVID but have a credit. Instead of allowing us to use the credit for the first payment and paying three more instalments, they asked for money up front even though the credit is more than 1/4 of the full season. This inflexibility has forced us to pull our daughter from the program and negate our credit as we will only be able to get a voucher for future seasons. I will attempt to sell the voucher for a little less than it’s actual value so we can recover at least some of our money and find a new gym with more flexible payment plans. What a shame they can’t be more accommodating during these uncertain times. I’m so disappointed!

Signing my 3 year old for another season! Coaches and management are great. After reading some reviews, I think some people should lighten up. Not once has anyone been rude to me or my child. I think people forget that others may have stronger personalities and that may come off rude but they aren't blatantly trying to be. I enjoy the fact that some coaches are stricter than others, it teaches children them discipline and respect.The staff and coaches are there to teach your children, not coddle your feelings.Again, great place, great coaches.

My 2 and 3 yr old didn't understand structured" lessons but quickly got the hang of it. Coach Jade is great with the littles ones and very understanding that at this age they can't focus very well and she just wants them to have fun while getting accustomed to the environment. My 3 yr old was a little shy with coach Dan and his big booming voice at first but quickly warmed up to him and is really enjoying the structured lessons. Now she works hard to impress coach Dan and is excited to see him.I'm really happy with the quality of the lessons and the personable approach from the coaches."
