Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Extremely accessible from both Charolais Boulevard and Main/Hurontario Street, with 2 entrances per side. 10 pumps nicely spaced for easy access even when it’s busy. Inside the convenience area, was well stocked and very clean. As a local guide, i’m always taking pictures everywhere I go. When I took a picture of the inside of the store, I was asked why I’m taking pictures. When I explained the purpose, I noticed an instant change in their demeanour(sour looks) and tons of voice. After paying for my gas, I went out for my daily car wash. Since purchasing the 90 day seasons pass, I have been a little bit disappointed with several closures of carwash locations due to maintenance. I bought the pass for convenience and in the hopes of being able to use it anytime I fill up with gas. Luckily, this location’s car wash was up and running and I was able to use it today. Super happy that my car is clean, gas is full and my experience was fast. One star down for the experience I received from the staff members.Time to smile more guys! Have a great day everyone.

I came here for seasonal car wash after 15 minutes waiting person on counter doesn’t know anything about seasonal pass when I asked him how i can use and points work .

The worst customer service I’ve experienced known to man the person working there at night is super rude and does not want to help at all or solve any problems keeps saying call head office. I was at car wash and app wasn’t working so I pressed red button he did not even answer it, I had to call the store from my phone and being a season pass holder her still didn’t let me go through and said take it up with head office, I had to end up reversing out of the car wash.

Went to car wash location Hurontario and mayfield for car wash I have season pass. Car was not washed properly and I got rewash from inside and the moment I exit the gas station they deleted the code . I want Mr Jacob or Prabhjot manager to reach me through email or any head office manager .Thank you . That’s very rude and inconvenient for petro canada customers. Worst customer service ever worst management too .

Cashier very rude, using gift card (MC) to pay for Gas and he said they don't take gift card. I told him that I used it before and at this same location. He said 30 thousands people come through here and don't used gift card. I said I don't care. He was rude, no Customer service training. He should not be working at this type of job.

Not satisfied with the customer service. GSA kenil was very rude as he didn’t inform me about the debit machine not working as well as he didn’t redeem my petro points prior to informing him. He argued with me and told should i close the door and put the sign even though there was another GSA in the store.

Went to reload my car wash- Season Pass, the guy asked me to talk in native language rather than English in a very bad tone. He refused to provide service saying they do not do it and need to purchase New Card only.Zero Customer Service- Rude and BluntTime of visit: 14th March 2023- Around 9:30 PM

On 11 july, 2023 at 4:10am, Emoloyee at night shift was totally exhausted. He didn’t know how to talk with the customer and this made us to choose another gas station. The employee was moping the floor and we wanted to pay for the gas. But the employee didn’t allow us to come in and ended up by saying that the floor is wet. Worst experience ever and zero customer service.

This is the worst location for the car wash. There have been so many complaints about it but nothing gets done. I go here for the convince, but I will not be any more. My last experience was the last straw. Hardly any soap came down and it seemed like it was pushing the car through quicker than normal. Got to the end the car was still wet and there was patches of soap, which was a surprise since so little soap came down. And as other people have mentioned you talk to the people inside and they do nothing about it. Stay away from this location. It's not worth it.
