Someone backed into me on the rear passenger side of my vehicle. they cleaned it up perfect, and my car is white silver which is a hard colour to work with. there was also a scratch on the rear driver side unrelated to what insurance was covering for the damages on the passenger side, and they fixed it at no extra cost.
