I used this service when Uhaul screwed up my reservation. I had never heard of them so I was a bit apprehensive. My expectations were far exceeded.It was a last minute booking. I was easily able to speak with a human, they sounded Canadian and were very helpful. They had a truck parked in a lot 25 kms from my house. Was given instructions on how to get into the truck. Everything was smooth sailing after that. Cheaper than Uhaul and customer service via phone superior as well.

Steve B. is the man NOT to have business with. Arrogant, Big problem with HONESTY, INTEGRITY , and forget the service and watch your money. I have to go to R.C.M.P. to press criminal charges again him. do not go with that company they do not care and do not mind about people and if you want your review post you have to give them a start, that's how honest they are, I am sorry Steve did not like my post, I am sorry, For me cancelling the reservation 36 hours before we need the truck and keep saying it's the company's politic to take all the money(over$2,000.) for us after to have asked visa department and told us it's illegal to take all the money and after to have asked R.C.M.P. and they told us it criminal act to take money when there is no reason, i am sorry Steve to tell people then you are going to take our money because it's the company's politic, after all it's our money, i know you take bad or good review unfortunately my experience with you has not been professional and when the bank call you it did not look professional but it's our perception and our money but it's the company's rules to take money after cancelling 36 hours before to take possession, i am sorry Steve if i hurt your feelings but you will have $2000. to get over. I am sorry.
