One of the dirtiest, most cluttered canadian tires I've been in across the country. The plywood covering the bullet holes isnt helping with that.

Unfortunately I really don't like this canadian tire. The staff are nice but don't seem to have much knowledge. Also the return policy is really terrible. And every time I have asked if I can bring something back if it doesn't work out for me, the staff always give a weird response like they are upset I asked. We've started going to the Home Hardware more now because the staff are nicer, not passive aggressive, and they have more knowledge. Even though there is less selection, its a better store.

I called Canadian Tire in Bancroft to check on ice conditions. I was thinking of going up there to fish. I spoke to a man from sporting goods, and he was most helpful. Not to mention friendly.

Ran into trouble with my trailer in the parking lot. Employees and shoppers alike were extremely helpful in getting me on my way. Good to know that there are amazing people who will help a stranger in need

This Canadian Tire has two personalities, the main store is great with a nice selection and super friendly service at the checkout. Regardless of the day they are always quick and friendly, a real pleasure to deal with.The auto desk is just the opposite, inventory is never aligned with whats showing online for this store, and the guys behind the counter are grumpy and borderline rude. I've had 3-4 interactions with this auto desk and I've left feeling like a nuisance each time. Luckily there are several other auto parts options in town so I'll try them out instead.
