I needed to purchase more services from Evergreen Funeral Home and David Quach contacted me. I had already purchased the plot and headstone but needed to advise him on the inscription. I also needed to pick out a casket and arrange for use of the chapel. As I find it hard to go into his office, he offered to come out and do all the paper work in my home. He spent about 2 1/2 hours with my wife and I getting all the details correct. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. After dealing with Jeff at Evergreen Funeral Home & Cemetery, I feel comfortable knowing my loved ones will not have to bear any extra grief in dealing with unwanted details upon my passing. The relief created through the careful planning puts me at ease, along with those close to me. The amenities at Evergreen are tasteful and dignified, adding to the comfort. Drove 10 hours to see my fathers grave. I knew close to where it was. Asked inside and had to fill out a form with a bunch of personal info on it only to have a fellow in dress shoes walk out in the snow and say it’s in this row somewhere. Left me digging in the foot of snow and ice I found five markers none of which were his. Honestly they don’t know or are to tell me which one is his. Left my tears in the snow. Hope I can make it back sometime. Very disappointed. Sorry dad

I would like to say Thank You, to a lovely lady Lindsey Hunter!!!! My niece and I were at Evergreen on Sunday 25th of June to place flowers in rememberence, of my Mom's, & Grandmother's passing. Almost our whole family is resting there. 46 years is a long time to be gone, as so many have followed to this lovely resting place. I have a plot there as well, and was curious why I hadn't seen a plaque for my final resting place. We went in to find out and Lindsey, greeted us with the most pleasant smile welcomeing us. I can't explain how reassuring it was to have this young lady look after us. I felt surrounded by kindness and not overwhelmed by the fact I was at a Funeral Home. The Stigma, and somber feelings when a person goes into a Funeral Home wasn't there. All that we felt was like someone wrapped a comforting warmth around us and was there to do anything to help. She took so much time to explain, absolutely everything and then even more. Because we were discussing things I hadn't actually came for we were well informed of other services, never pushy, or badgering. I made a quick decision at the time and she said, to please go over everything and take some time. I did just that and realized I already had the other things in place and called her the next day. She was so accommidateing and helpful, never once making me feel obligated and pushed in anyway. She is and probably will be the only person I would talk to about any further changes I might make. When my sister passed away the Evergreen team were kind, compassionate and assisted us through this difficult process. It was very special when my sister and others were honored at a memorial candlelight service. A beautiful paper dove ornament with my sisters name on it was sent to me after. What a thoughtful gesture. Thank you.

The staff are amazing here. They provide great service and take such good care of all aspects of losing a loved one. They are very in tune with the client experience and in my situation, were above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Evergreen

Evergreen is a beautiful cemetery. There funeral home is very warm and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I personally worked with Rebekah David who was very helpful and caring during a very difficult time.

Evergreen Cemetery is a beautiful place. David Quach helped me plan for my passing. Now my family has nothing to worry about. Thanks to Davids kind understanding and knowledge I am covered. Thank you. I would recommend you see David for a professional and organized experience.

I don't agree with the policy of having to purchase their extremely over priced bronze markers that I don't like or find nice at all. They don't want outside contractors on the grounds so basically you are forced to purchase what you don't like or leave the grave unmarked. I didn't know this at the time since I didn't plan the funeral I didn't choose this location. Do your homework before using Evergreen.
