Very poor and sarcastic customer service, I regret installing their product and will never use nor recommend to anyone.

We've some of those aluminum mini blinds. The UV kills the plastic knob on the raising draw strings. I dropped in, they pulled out their little box of oddball parts and gave me, gave me, two of them. I asked how much and a staff member said, jokingly, Well

Due to a fire I recently had to do a full renovation on my house. Not knowing where to start or how to coordinate anything, Marilyn McLaren walked me through everything from tiles, flooring, carpet, paint colours and more. The end product was amazing and she was sure to work within my budget. Highly recommend.

We had to get some blinds replaced that our dog had chewed and Terrie was exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond helping us. Would definitely recommend their services.

We ordered (prepaid) custom blinds mid-June to beat the heat. After waiting until near the end of August to get a call, we finally caved and called them, only to be rudely treated by front end staff, and told the blinds had arrived in July. Apparently they don't have a proper method for tracking order receiving and delivery status. How hard is it to call a customer when their order arrives?!Worse, was the rude and idiotic responses from front-end staff. The person who took your order doesn't work here anymore". "It just slipped through the cracks".Seriously?Product was fine but there has to be other retailers out there that are more organized and couteous. Highly NOT recommended."

The time had come for us to replace the blinds throughout our suite and, after obtaining several quotes we opted to go with Island Window Coverings. Prices of the various quotes were all fairly close, so our decision to go with Island Windows was based on two factors. First, the sales rep Terrie was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all our questions plus many that we hadn't even thought of, and she did not pressure us at all to try to make the sale. The second factor was that she was able to provide us with blinds made in BC. The blinds were delivered and very competently installed by Kyle on schedule, and we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Island Window Coverings to anyone needing new blinds.

I can't thank Cheryl and her team enough for a great window covering purchase experience. Cheryl is knowledgeable and presented a great range of choices at an affordable price point. Her installers came to ensure measurements and mounting were correct and then the blinds arrived ahead of schedule and are beautiful. After 3 quotes from 3 different local businesses, these were by far the best.

We were totally grateful to our sales associate, Cheryl Niedzielski, who listened carefully, and made thoughtful suggestions and recommendations based on our preferences. She made the window covering selection process simple, efficient, and effective.The installers, too, were friendly, efficient, polite, and skilled.We were left to enjoy our new window coverings, with packing materials removed as well.We would highly recommend this Island Windows Coverings team!

Cheryl Niedzielski - Sales Consultant was so helpful. She came to my house, help me with choices and layouts.When my order came in, the installer was right on time, very nice and did a great job with the install and took away all the old blinds that were in rough shape.I would highly recommend this team.

Our new remote-controlled solar shade is fabulous. A challenging installation, 12 feet up in a staircase. Terrie got up the ladder and took precise measurements (several times, to be sure) followed by on-time ordering, and finally expert installation by Kye.
