Don't trust them!! Dirty, unorganized and staff are ignorant. May of 2022 dropped off my laptop. Got a call back saying they could retrieve my photos. Brought them my external hard drive and awaited call back. Stopped several times and was told we will call you. Never received that call nor message on my phone. Nine months later, went there (today) and I paid $135.00 plus tax for one hour labour for 230GB transferred to my external Hard drive 30GB of which is all I asked for (pictures) and my computer thrown out without my knowledge nor permission!! OH!! Lucky me! They salvaged the hard drive for me from the computer which they threw out. (I shop local but this is too much!!)30GB of transferred photos cost me, with tax, $152.55 total.(see photo below)

Posting this after hearing my friend paid $150 for a 250GB Crucial SSD when you can buy the same thing at Canada Computers for $65. I understand to shop local means you may have to pay more but there is no way you should have to pay more then double. I hope this was a one off or it was a mistake.

These are my go to guys for PC related work. Any time I need service or help or advice George or 1 of his knowledgeable workers are there. If you want a custom built PC or upgrade-these guys can do it. Bought a tower back in 2011 and its been working perfect since. They do it all. Networking issues-George can go on site.PCS is always first on my list.

Great help in choosing a new computer. They will transfer data from my old computer (for a fee), set up my operating system and printer driver. Everything explained well. Didn't try to oversell and took away any stress out of the decision. Thanks George!
